There are many guides available there for hire but we opted to do the tour ourselves. We explored the grounds and soaked in every bit of history we could. What a fascinating place. Beautiful architecture and incredible preservation of what once was.

This is the most amazing site I have ever seen. The white marble interior and the gold and precious stones combine to make the temple sparkle. No cameras allowed inside but one for the memory bank. If possible take nothing with you except water or you will queue for a long time to put your bags n storage.

Fantastic experience to see such a beautiful place second only to the Taj. Winsome very similar construction and design. Worth the visit and to be able to spend some time there. I was fortunate enough to have a local guide Ardum who made my visit just that much better.

Gurdwara Bangla Sahib is one of Delhi's most prominent Sikh gurdwaras, associated with Guru Har Krishan, the eighth Sikh Guru. The complex houses a holy pond, the Sarovar, and provides daily free meals to those in need from its large kitchen. To show respect, visitors must wear long pants, and headwear is provided for entry.

India Gate is truly one of the most impressive and iconic landmarks in Delhi! Standing tall in the heart of the city, it is a beautiful tribute to the brave soldiers who gave their lives for the nation. The architecture is awe-inspiring, and the significance of the monument adds so much depth to the experience.

Walking around the India Gate, especially in the evening, is a wonderful experience. The monument is beautifully lit at night, creating a magical atmosphere. The surrounding lawns are perfect for relaxing or enjoying a picnic with family and friends. The Amar Jawan Jyoti, the eternal flame, is a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by soldiers, and it adds a sense of solemnity to the visit.

It's a great place for a peaceful walk, and the wide streets and open spaces give you a break from the busy city. Whether you're a tourist or a local, India Gate is a must-visit destination, offering a blend of history, beauty, and tranquility. I highly recommend taking time to visit this landmark and soak in the experience!

Chandni Chowk in Delhi is the most famous and oldest shopping market in Delhi, dating back to the Mughal era. The market is divided into sections like Moti Bazaar, Chor Bazaar, and Paranthe Wali Gali, each renowned in its own right. Delhi can be daunting at first, but a rickshaw tour of Chandni Chowk's vibrant market is a great introduction.

An artistic wonder. Except for the minor rush and loud crowd, the temple was serene, calm and clean. Visited with family. Good for photography too.

A British heritage district full of amazingly beautiful quarters, many food joints, shopping points nearby, a pleasant walk can be done by your own. Beware of overfriendly guys who indeed want to sell something

What a structure. Shame the rest of the country hasn't built on this legacy from the days of the Mogul. A must visit in the area, only annoying thing is they have different prices for tourists vs locals.

Experience:- It was a wonderful experience to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan. Came to know of the amazing historical building and its brilliant features. As a proud Indian, it was a pleasure to know of this amazing building where our Head of State resides. Also the place where Great Indian Personalities and Great Presidents such as Dr Rajendra Prasad, Dr Radhakrishnan, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam and Dr Pranav Mukherjee and others have resided and have served the country.

    Feedback for Improvements:-
    1. The Tour Guide needs to be changed with someone who can speak clear and fluent English and which feels like a communication. In my case it was Mr. Mumtaz who was not able to speak clearly. And it felt like he has rote each line. So it didnt felt like normal communication.
The guide should be someone with amazing PRESENTATION SKILLS as well as showing Indian Culture of hospitality like Namaste or Jai Hindi while welcoming the visitors, Thanking and asking them to visit once again in a polite manner.

    2. Apart from Historical Information about the Main Building, the visitors should also be given information about amazing facts about the President of India. It can be in the form of a Information Boards, small pamphlets or online websites.

    3. A clear and accurate map should be made available for visitors on google map and the official site of Rashtrapati Bhavan.

    That is all.
    Thank You
    Jai Hind

A decent shopping area where you’ll not be harassed by hawkers or other people. Not inexpensive, but some nice stores and places to get a coffee or meal. It’s not as overcrowded as some other market areas.

They charge an entry fee to enter the market which is very unusual. A lot of options for food and drinks are available there. Most shops are run by kashmiri guys.
