- Departure664024357753 contributionsSitting in the middle of Iasi the Museum of Science and Technology "Ștefan Procopiu" is just a small part of the Palace of Culture. Showcases the old and the new tehnology of our day and age. It's a must visit for the curiosity to know how our phones and computers used to look likeWritten March 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ilinca MRomania15 contributionsThis mall is in my home town and it’s one of the most popular places here. The mall has a beautiful garden and plenty of shops. If you’re lucky you might catch a fun event that is organised here.Written August 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - FloreArad, Romania1,709 contributionsThe construction of the church is very different from most Orthodox churches in Moldova, it is not painted on the exterior walls, but the stone lacework is absolutely charming. There is also a legend that this church was all covered with gold (both the walls and the roof) and the Ottoman army burned it down to recover the gold. I don't know how much is truth and how much is legend!Written May 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ilinca MRomania15 contributionsI live here and I still go to the botanical gardens every year . They have seasonal exhibitions and plenty to see. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I feel like it has so much potential and it can be so much more fun and interesting than it already is.Written August 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - mega_viktkKyiv, Ukraine1,187 contributionsOne of the largest Romanian Orthodox cathedrals. Since 1641, the relics of St. Paraskeva rests in the Metropolitan Cathedral. There is usually a long queue for them.
Candles should be installed outside the cathedral in luminaries.

The theater itself was beautiful! I loved the details. Seems to be no bad seats, either. And Sunetul Muzicii was fantastic 🎶🤩💕Written June 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kevin CMaastricht, The Netherlands35 contributionsOn the outskirts of the EU lies Iasi, in Eastern Romania. This student-town is very interesting to visit for a day or 2. Make sure to visit the palace as well.Written October 29, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- FloreArad, Romania1,709 contributionsWithout a doubt, the main point of attraction is "Eminescu's linden" but not all tourists are interested in it, maybe only us Romanians, Eminescu being the greatest national poet. Copou Park means much more than this lime tree, it means the wonderful floral arrangements. Dozens of flower species will delight you, and your photos will be full of color. A sincere bravo - to those who manage this park.Written May 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Maria R1 contributionA museum very well structured in different sections and with a staff that welcomes you warmly. It was an unexpectedly pleasant visit and it's an experience I would repeat.Written March 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Popa A1 contributionFrom my point of view, this touristic attraction is important for us because it contains a good piece of Romanian literary history, especially when it comes to church literature and everything related to religion. The experience was pleasant, the museum's arrangement is extraordinary, and the way the building has been preserved over time is something remarkable. Our host explained and delighted us with all the necessary information about the exhibits. It was a brilliant experience!!Written March 31, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Maurice GPassau, Germany10 contributionsThe church and the garden around it are nice. The best was the tour of the tower. As there is little tourism in November, we got a private tour. The nice lady told us a lot about the history of the monastery, nicely accentuated by historic remains and replicates. On top you have a very nice overview of Iasi.
We found it to be the best and most interesting sightseeing in Iasi.Written November 30, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
