    Review of: Hot Yoga Sao Paulo
    Nice studio!
    I have a great class. The instructor and I talked beforehand. She spoke some English and explained some of the differences In her class versus strict bikram. I really appreciated it. I liked the flow of the class and her instruction even though I couldn't understand 90% lol. I like hearing her speak. The class was challenging and the right pace for me. There were all levels in the class. The staff was very helpful!

    Worst massage ever
    I bought a package of five massages
    First four were ok
    Last one was horrible- different therapist- never wished so badly to end the torture

    Review of: Thais Faleiros Yoga
    Perfect place to practice yoga
    Thais Faleiros is an amazing yoga teacher but above all she is a wonderful human being. Her studio is small, in a quite and peaceful place - you feel like home there. I highly recommend a visit and a class.

    Thais Faleiros é uma professora excelente, além de ser uma pessoa maravilhosa. Seu estúdio é pequeno e aconchegante. Eu recomendo muito experimentar uma aula com ela!

    Review of: Yoga Lab
    Great hot yoga studio
    Dan and Karina are the owners and are very seasoned and great teachers. They also select and monitor carefully all the teachers that give classes there. The atmosphere at school is very friendly, like a big family.
    I have classes here for almost a year and they are always innovating and offering new classes and services.
    I trully recommend. Best studio in São Paulo.
    You can rent mat and towels if you don´t have. Special offers for first time students.
