From the minute I enquired about a tour by contacting them on WhatsApp Leo immediately replied, confirmed availability, arranged transportation to and from our cruise ship to the marina and had everything in place for our sunset sail with them.
Extremely well organised, prompt service, great communication, wonderful comfortable boat, fantastic translated historical information by Publio on board. He was amazing at informing everyone about everything we got to see in multiple languages to accommodate everyone on board. We had only 10 guests on the boat, which is their maximum, and there was plenty of seating and space to move around and take photos. Superb snacks and drinks supplied for
everyone to enjoy. We saw so many wonderful sights from the water which was so much more special than touring by bus or coach.
I recommend these guys 110%. You will not be sorry you took a tour with them. They are super nice people who truly enjoy what they do and do it exceptionally well. Thank you for a great time onboard!
Leo, the owner, was our Captain and spoke perfect English also.

I do not speak Portuguese. When I travel, for this reason, I book excursions where English is provided as I enjoy learning about the places I am visiting. This tour started off with English/Spanish/Portuguese on the bus. But once we reached Angra, I was placed on a speedboat with another guide who spoke NO ENGLISH and I was with him and 18 passengers for 5 hours with no directions. This was horrible for safety reasons! And also scary not being able to tell what was going on or what we were seeing. For example, we would be given time to swim from the boat to snorkel but I could tell tell the perimeter I was supposed to keep, or the time to return.
The positive of the day was that the water and scenery were beautiful.
To add insult to the isolation of my day, I asked for a partial refund and it was not granted. No reason given. If you pay for an English tour, and are not given one, you should not have to pay full price! I deserved the same experience as the other boaters who knew what was going on and who were safe.

Cancellation by them not me.however, money was paid and taken for the trip.with no information on a refund due to the tour company cancellation. I’ve tried to find out this but unable to access any info at all without going through several means of enquiry instead of it just being refunded instantly why is everything so complicated when you want a refund!! The boat and facilities were clean and working without issues. We had plenty of opportunities to take pictures and record video between all the Rio bay landmarks. The snacks, grilled meats, and drinks provided were delicious and on par with a sit-down establishment. In every farewell, there is a meeting in which the two people gather to bid farewell to that person. The departures hall is not limited to that airport, but rather to this life in general. I hate farewell ceremonies. We do not bid farewell to those we love, because in reality we do not leave them. Farewell was created for strangers, not for loved ones.
