    Thank you Lavanda Spa for a wonderful morning. Your staff was exceptionally kind and thoughtful in providing my daughter with an amazing 9th birthday spa experience. We truly appreciated all the personalized signs, snacks and the cake with candles. You all are awesome! Thank you again!

    Professional massage with good energy
    The massage was great! I travelled around the world and have regular massages. João was profesional. The place was cleaned and he has good positive energies. He took his ritual sincerely and his technique was influenced by Thai style massage. Thank you!

    Great yoga practice, modern facilities and super professional staff!
    I love to come to Rio and practice yoga at Bikram Yoga Rio. All the teachers are great and the facility is incredibly clean and comfortable. And the owner and a few other teachers speak english very well.

    Best Yoga Studio in Rio!
    I felt so welcomed at this studio! You really become part of their community, no matter how long you stay for. The ambience is peaceful and calming, the staff is friendly, cheerful and supportive, and the classes are wonderful. There are also lots of events and workshops held here to support the yoga community and nearby communities in need. The owner made me feel right at home after arriving in Rio and not knowing anyone, and I quickly became part of the Hot Yoga One family. Will always go back to this studio whenever I am in Rio. Namaste!

    Perfect place for meditation practise in Rio
    Wonderful place. Beautiful building and peaceful atmoshere. As a foreigner from Europe I fully recommend this place for yoga practise in Rio de Janeiro. Even not everyone there knows English, it is still worth using google translator to sign up and attend the classes, then the language is not necessary. The new localization, Ipiranga Street is perfect and safe. I attended morning yoga with Rebeca for a month - this yoga was like a morning meditation. The aesthetic of this place touched my heart! I fully recommend. ☺🙏🌷

    New Bikram Studio in Rio
    Richard and I went this morning to try the new Bikram studio in Ipanema. We're completely mad about Bikram yoga and we love trying new studios around the world.
    The Ipanema one is very nice, clean, friendly and they use the infra red heating which was a first for us. We really enjoyed our experience and we'll be back tomorrow for more.

    Amazing masseur
    Amazing massage from a very nice guy who enjoys what he does . The location is also very nice and clean . There were some renovations done to the place and he might have to temporarily work in other places or go to hotels but that is just temporary .

    Old mansion now polates, yoga and dance at Meier
    Mainly a pilates studio, but recently getting famous for its dance classes: ballet for kids and jazz for adults. There are some great yoga teachers there as well now. The space if fabulous: an old mansion converted into a few high ceiling rooms.

    Amazing yoga experience!
    The yoga class is amazing! Barbara is a great teacher, very thoughtful, adjusting posture to each practitioner's experience. She also does a great job instructing in different languages. The vibe and the sight are also great! Totally recommend doing it while in Rio!

    Wellness at family atmosphere house
    The studio is located at an old house, which makes the atmosphere very cosy from start. There are seven yoga teachers, all with a great curiculum of classes and courses around Brazil, United Stated and India. Ground Pilates classes, various holistic therapies and self- knowledge events are old held here.
