Buzios is charming little fishing village but nothing beats the vibrant and beautiful Rua Das Pedro’s. There is an array of shops with everything from souvenirs, boutiques, beach wear, jewelry, art and crafts. Then there’s also dozens of bars and
restaurants to choose from. All of them are listed under trip advisor with very clear reviews. Buzios is not cheap but on this long and winding street, you’ll find something that will suit your budget. If all fails, there’s even a Mc Donald’s. It’s a must visit if you’re in Buzios

Great for families at the water is fairly shallow and very clear. Plenty of rental chairs and umbrellas with great drinks and food service. Safe and well maintained. Clothes and food vendors pass by but kindly walks away of you decline any offer. You won’t feel overwhelmed. The water was cold but I guess that just the month of May.

Lovely little spot to while away an afternoon. The beach restaurant we ate at, Bar Do Peixe was nice. Friendly helpful English speaking staff.

The beach was like most other beaches that we’ve visited in Brazil, lively and packed!

My husband and I love snorkeling, and Praia Ferradurinha was the best we found in Buzios.
Water was very clear, and we were able to ser several Sea Turtles and Baiacus. Water is not so cold as Geriba, and waves are pretty much unexisting.
View from the beach is great, and we enjoyed delicious drinks from “Barraca da Ceni” at reasonable prices.
The Beach is rather small, and can get busy quite easily- therefore, I recommend that you arrive early to get a good spot at the beach.

We went on a half day tour of the peninsula, and arrived at Ferrudura Beach, where we could use the Beach Club and Restaurant. This is a vast sandy beach, with warm sea water, as it is so sheltered. Lovely swimming, and a good atmosphere.

Walk any time of the day and you’ll be delighted with the beautiful coastline. Sunset is the best and as the sun goes down the night life gently reveals itself with live music from bars and restaurants all along the coast. Enjoy

A fantastic view and a pleasant walk from Praia dos ossos to get there.
A very small beach that depending on the tide can be virtually non existent. But beautiful none the less.
A long set of wooden steps leads you down to the beach area.
There are people selling drinks and renting chairs and umbrellas.

Smaller cousin of Azeda, it could be worth getting down there to check out and have a look. Limited space and facilities however

The beach is quite small. No longer than 300 meters. Sorrounded by beautiful hills and is never too crowded. Its in a little bay so mostly protected against swells from the south, southwest and southeast. But the waves can get quite powerfull if west wind blows hard for 2 consecutive days. Can be a good option for bodyboarders and experienced surfers as the waves have good barrels. Not good for paddle surfing thou.

Certainly a show stopper on the boardwalk. If nothing else fun to people watch. The line was at least 20 people long

Small piece of sand, amazing water (warm, calm, transparent). Arrive early (before 10 am). Typically, most people just go there to take some photos and stay for 20 minutes. I recommend to spend the morning. Hint: they have a precarious structure, but you can rent chairs and sun umbrellas. Amazingly, you will an aquarium with fresh oysters, probably collected that same day. Ask for a caipirinha and enjoy!

We stopped quickly by Foca, it is beautiful. There are some awesome rock formations to climb around and the little beach is great, you can watch the tide creep in, very nice.
