During high water season it is harder to find animals, however the views and the boat trips in the middle of the forest are absolutely astonish.
There are small islands and when the forest gets flooded the small groves are stunning!

To see the sights of the Amazon rain forest firsthand visit Parque Ecologico Januari, a natural reserve of 3.6422 sq m (9,000 acres) of dry land forests, low lands, and flooded forests.
Very surprising activities- like fishing for pirarucu... Having a very delicious lunch there, and a surprise encounter with wildlife....

A nice beach - with many bars and restaurants...it gets a bit crowded on the weekends...but so do most nice beaches.

It's dense forests made for excellent hiking trails, intense smells and foilage kept drawing me into the thickest depth of the jungle life I have ever experienced.
The trek through the rainforest, dolphin spotting on the river, seeing the milky way in the sky at night and sleeping in the rainforest in a hammock for one night were some of the highlights.
