What travelers are saying
- KeesvanderBeekVillebon-sur-Yvette, France204 contributionsThis is surely one of the nicer beaches of Ksamil and the Ksamil area. The water is clear, the water temperature is perfect, it is a pleasure to swim there, and the surrounding area and the views are very beautiful. However : the beach is pebbles ; you must rent a set of deck chairs and umbrella for the day at the steep price of 2500 Lekë a day (2000 Lekë if you have lunch at the restaurant outfitter that rents the chairs) , and the beach is extremely busy. There was music from the bar but the DJ kept it very reasonable. We had a very good time there but after 3 1/2 hours it was enough.Written August 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Trine Jeanette S6 contributionsStoney beach, lots of people and sunbeds. The water gets deep pretty fast, but we saw lots of families there. The best part was the lack of music blasting from some random beach bar.Written September 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - gm1990gmLondon, UK71 contributionsI've been with my girlfriend hoping to spend a nice day on the sea, unfortunately due to the weather the water wasn't very clear, so we decided to leave after couples of hours.
I think the cost of €10 for one umbrella and 2 sun bed is very honest. Please be aware that if you will chose the left side of the beach after 16h00 the sun will be gone and leave you in the shadow.
Only negative note that they don't have shower.
The restaurant is very good. The quality of the food outstanding. Please be aware that they don't acept reservation.Written September 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Lots of sunbeds and first days it cost 1000lek for two but later it was free.Written October 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zlatko MBelgrade, Serbia80 contributionsNice beach, not many guests, not crowded. Two sunbeds and umbrella for 700, we needed three, and we actually paid for two sets (1400), which was fine because we had more space to follow the shade. Restaurant at the beach is fine, regular prices, food was tasty. Free parking, right in front of the restaurant/beach.
Only downside is large pebbles and some might find it difficult to get in and out of the sea.Written July 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We weren’t told anything, they’d just drop anchor and then we’d get off if we wanted and told to get back in when they wanted to go.
Went to 4 places, a rock feature, a pebble beach, Krorez and then some other rock area.
Krorez we had to swim to and couldn’t take any of our stuff. All the bars and restaurants were shut except one guy who sold very expensive Heineken and then followed my partner down the beach shouting drunkenly.
All quite strange… left and 10, got back at 3 and just felt a bit short changed really.
The beaches were so nice and it’s the only reason we wanted to go, but can’t of been in either for more than an hour. Boat was named Kelvin. I’d check how many people are attending before agreeing to attend. Just way too packed and the captain didn’t seem to care at all about us.
The big boats only went to the bays and no-one actually put a foot on the beaches as a heads up…Written July 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The water is not very clear and there is a lot of algae or grass on the bottom. People rarely swim farther than their shoulders because of this. The price of the sunbeds is €20, which is expensive. There are two bars on the beach. The beach is not very crowded. There is a large space after the sunbeds to set up your own equipment, but no one uses the space. The beach has its own free parking lot, and the road to the beach is unpaved.Written August 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Clinton GLondon, UK8 contributionsWe went for a day trip from Corfu. It’s quite manic there in comparison. From trying to get a cab, which was hard work, be careful as they over charge, and also try to keep things in Euros or their currency switching between the two we came off short changed.
A few of the beach bars here would only take cash no cards so we tried 4 different restaurants before a card was excepted, so have cash with you.
We stayed at Plazhi 9, nice beds with wooden nets which was a great touch hovering over the water.
The Riveria kind of feels like you are on a lake, not a beach looking at all the other resorts which I felt was a little odd. It definitely wasn’t The European Maldives as sometimes described.
It was pleasant, maybe because it was September the staff were very relaxed to the extent of not being bothered.
If you want a hectic stay, lots of buildings congested together, nightlife etc then you’ll love it. I was only there one day to give a fair opinion of it. However I was happy to be heading back to Corfu.Written September 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The background music was soothing, and the food was both fresh and delicious. It's an ideal place to get away from the usual hustle and bustle of life. I highly recommend it 💞.Written July 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ViperXukLondon, UK19 contributionsRead some great reviews and saw some amazing footage of this beach and decided to pay it a visit in June 2023. The views going down to the beach are breath taking. Clear water. The journey down to the beach once parked however isn't for the faint hearted. You have to be extremely careful going down the rocky stairs and the last stretch has this metal stair case which is falling apart with several broken steps. Sooner or later (if not already) will result in someone falling and getting hurt and badly injured.
No facilities whatsoever. There was some building work taking place so not too sure if things will change for the better.Written June 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Clear water, beautiful beach for all the facilities you need: a bar, a restaurant, a restroom, sunbeds and umbrellas. Perfect for diving and snorkeling with turquoise and blue water. Perfect for friends, adults, kids and families.Written August 7, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Olive8 contributionsWe used the free part of the beach on the left hand side and only really for swimming. Felt safe enough to leave our things unattended on the sand. Beach was a bit dirty though and the water wasn’t clear at all any of the times we visited. Big rocky ledge about 5 or 10 meters in with no signage for. Really hurts if you don’t expect it!!Written August 25, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Pioneer052022907314 contributionsThe service of the waiters is ok. The food of the restaurant (beach bar ) are not delicious and too expensive. You pay for marinated seafood and you take a plate full of tomatos and cucumber inside . The price was 2000 All for the plate in the photo . I have no coments for these. You can see.Written July 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
