- alaskan_redMaidstone, UK440 contributionsWe were so pleased that we chose to visit this fantastic museum! The vintage planes on display range from World War One including the German Fokker Tri-plane through World War Two including a pristine Spitfire Mk VIII and a Messerschmitt 109, right up to more recent jets. There is so much to see and learn, and everything is presented brilliantly with informative text panels next to each plane. Visitors can wander through the hangar and the outdoor spaces and take their time to view everything at their own pace.
Our only criticism is of the know-nothing person on the 'welcome desk' who was unable to answer a simple question about the exhibit, responding "you need to look on the website." Instead of yakking to someone on her phone, she could and should easily keep the website open on her screen, so she could answer guests' questions 'in the moment.'Written May 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. But definitely a good to go place during holidays to see the lights.Written May 4, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ChrystinPDallas, TX3,019 contributionsThis venue has several stages and several different companies performing. Parking is free. There are multiple restaurants in the area.
I've seen multiple productions here and each one is always fabulous. Sometimes challenging material, but I'm not one of theater goers who is only interested in the safe content.Written January 29, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mary RZionsville, IN1,858 contributionsFirst of all, it was hard for us to figure out where to park and how to get in. Self guided tour. Huge amount of company history and items to look at as well as videos. I was so bummed that they didn’t have a gift shop!Written April 18, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Z8259ZAdanielcAda, OK52 contributionsWent to Brewery for samples and the tour, which Matt did a great job. - c3a3m3Miami1,029 contributionsThis park is a neat place in a swanky park of Addison. It has squirrels and trees along with walking/running paths. There is also Free WiFi (signs) but I didn't try it.Written March 21, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GREENLANTURN3629 contributionsFirst make a reservation cause if not you will be standing up and can only take a seat when available after 9pm. This place has a great atmosphere, even if you dont participate in the sing along it's great for people watching for sure. If neither is for you then this isn't the place for you period. No draft beer and limited bottle selection. They also have mix drinks and liquor. Bar food is also served, but not much selection. The entertainers are great and get you moving for sure. The staff is very friendly and take care of you, again if you standing up give them a minute they will get to you. Also its 10 bucks per person if your going as a couple/solo and not part of a group. Valet is 5 bucks and worth it instead of looking for a place to park. Dont know what it cost if your with a group. All in all come to have a great time and sing your ass off! CHEERS!Written February 16, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MarylandGirlFrisco, TX500 contributionsAfter paying for tickets then each ticket holder also has to purchase two items (food/drink). I wanted water and that is $7 for a Figi bottle. Disorganized service; we waited quite a while before someone showed up (I think our server was late as he eventually appeared after another server took our order). And yes, the seating and tables are close- they’re packing in as many as they can.Written March 25, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rick JFarmers Branch, TX53 contributionsWent to see Rocketman, and the seats were amazingly comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It still shocks me how much a cost to get a Coke and a popcorn at a movie these days.Written July 14, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The server definitely needed some help as she was pretty over sat. All in all will be back when I'm in the area.Written July 31, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Alona A1 contributiontoday was my first day in this salon since i have been living in exeter for 12 years, i went around all the masters in exeter but this place made me leave the salon happy, very professional masters, nice people, super environment, i advise everyoneWritten February 6, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Justin BDallas, TX30 contributionsTook family there today 01/29/23. Ladies at front desk were great, very polite and efficient. Bowled one game, service was great, food was great. Then bought cards for the kids to play some of the games. Everyone there was great.....until. Until the kids went to redeem their tickets and we could not get anyone to help us. I had multiple employees walk by and just ignore the growing crowd of people waiting to redeem their tickets for prizes. We waited for about 15 minutes when I finally said something to one of the employees, and I got a smartass reply back from him. Then I approached the concierge and she called for help 3 times. About 5 minutes later the person in charge finally showed up. There were at least 10 people waiting for approximately 20 minutes. This honestly ruined the experience for us.Written January 29, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Adrian SCedar Park, TX223 contributionsA friend and I stopped by for a drink or three and found ourselves in the middle of a trivia night. By the rules, we had to join in of course. The waitstaff was excellent and the drinks mean. Someone complained that it took too long to pour a guinness -- it's supposed to take long!
My only knock against the bar was the charming smell of vaporizers going just outside the door and one guy taking covert puffs at the table, but the staff routinely cleared them out. I don't mind cigar or cigarette smoke...but I sure as hell don't want to smell cotton candy and cinnamon as I enjoy a Scotch on the rocks.Written June 1, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They have delicious hamburgers served with cottage fries. Nice waitresses. The only issue I have is that it is a little smoky in the restaurant. Rest of the bar food looks good also, but why have anything other than the hamburgers?Written May 25, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
