Restaurant and food - brilliant and reasonably priced
We had to drive there to make a booking as no one would answer the phone for days on end.
From KL it’s about 20 mins, we caught a grab taxi price was about 13RM but the way back was 54RM
The round took about 5hours, it was a long day.
You won’t get on the course the same day. It will always be in the afternoon as mornings are for members only.Written January 1, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We could see it from our hotel room, it was actually a mere 5minute walk. The hotel also offers complimentary buggy ride to the bag drop and registration area.
We got a noon teetime at Hills (holes 1-9) and Lakes (10-18) as the Forest Course was closed. We started at hole 10, with reasonable waiting at each hole. The fairways are challenging (on the narrow side), the greens are elevated and relatively good for me, and the bunkers are well maintained.
When we got to hole 1, there were 6 flights waiting and was told that it would be an hour wait before our turn. We then decided to not finish the round as we had other plans that afternoon.
Overall, it was a good experience. The staff and caddies were pleasant and accommodating. We wish we could play all the 27 holes next time.Written October 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The academy is also fully equipped with modern teaching aids that could improve ones technique on this game. I have no regret taking lessons at K's Island. They have made me into a better golfer and I am beginning to enjoy my golf more. Highly recommended for keen golfers.Written August 29, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Not too many carries over hazards, so the ball can stay in play even if you don't play too long. The greens can be tricky - there was 1 with a huge shelf in the middle that if you didnt get up, your ball ended up even further away! Overall, an enjoyable round.Written March 7, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
