Turned up at our Mandarin Oriental early! Nothing was too much for our boys. We arrived Tuesday and from 7 until midnight had terrific fun. The food is almost an afterthought. Every site, every picture every fact and figure delivered with continual smiles and happiness. Made our KL short stay complete. For the record the Malay food better than the Chinese with the veggie Indian tasty but too sweet for my palate. The extra chillies did help. Would have missed so much of KL without taking the trip. Dear, maybe. But as experiences go, priceless. Thank you both x

We had Siddoz as our guide and he was a fantastic guide, host, and source of information. He took us to exactly the kind of places we were hoping to try but would have never found on our own. The food choices here are overwhelming, it was so nice to have someone help us narrow things down and sort out our tastes. As a bonus he showed us some gorgeous temples, and provided historical, religious, and cultural context for the places we visited and the foods we ate. We left satisfied and full and with a new friend.

The cooking class was amazing!! We were taken care of every step of the way by Saadia and Irene. My friend wasn't feeling well so she didn't come but Saadia and Irene graciously cooked for her so that we could bring her something. We made delicious food ( a chicken curry, a delicous dessert, and Roti ). Everything was very clean, well organized, well explained, and overall very fun. The chefs taught us many cultural things as we cooked.
    Overall 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful tour on this tour with Siddoz! He was a fantastic and knowledgeable host. The tour has clearly been well-designed with a little walking between stops to help digest the plentiful food. Overall, we ate about 14 different items and Siddoz was able to explain the cultural significance of each item. The pace was great and was a fantastic evening in KL.

This was the highlight of my trip to KL! Absolutely loved this cooking class, everything was perfectly arranged and the food we prepared was delicious! The driver picked us up at our hotel in time and we went to a wet market to meet our chefs and have breakfast. Irene and Zeera were expecting us at the market and gave us a nice tour of the main stalls, showing and explaining the main spices and ingredients use in Malaysian kitchens. Breakfast consisted in a freshly made roti canai and Teh tarik (hot and strong milk tea), both very good! We then went to the beautiful cooking school (typical wooden Malaysian house surrounded by nature) to meet Ana, our cooking Chef teacher for the day! Ana was spectacular and the cooking class truly hands on. She made us feel comfortable and explained not only how to cook delicious food (we made 3 dishes) but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this experience, thank you Ana, Irene and Zeera for a beautiful day!

Danny led a great walk around Petaling Jaya Street market area to see the evening hot spots, excellent food choices and the street art. It poured rain for most of the time but Danny managed successfully around it. We darted from one spot to the next. We particularly enjoyed the street food.

We loved sightseeing this city in the night and appreciate its skyline while learning about the architecture and history of the places we visited. Our driver was very polite, punctual and pleased us with what we really wanted to see. Thank you!

I had the incredible experience of being introduced to the most delicious cuisines of Malaysia through the eyes and expertise of Pauline from Simply Enak. Not only was she knowledge on the origins of the foods, but she was passionate about finding only the best of each item across the city, including remote food stands, and hawkers markets. She is a real foodie and has a great sense of humor and passion when it comes to eating, cooking, and enjoying life! I did not feel like I was on a tour. It was like I was traveling with one of my friends and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner, over and over again, and enjoying every moment and every bite. We had many laughs and great conversations and I got to try everything on my list plus so much more! I also love the fact that whatever we could not finish she put in takeaway boxes to donate to the less fortunate. Nothing was waisted. I highly recommend this tour. I did two days with her and I will be back for more as there are so many more delicious dishes to try!

Such a great tour! Highly recommend.

I went back in January 2020 with my friend who had been living in KL since August. The food was great, of course, but our guide, Ken, really made the experience. He was courteous, funny, and knowledgable, and I felt like he really enjoyed sharing his favorite spots and meeting new people.

Make sure to show up hungry and to pace yourself so that you're not stuffed before the last stop!

Whilst in Kuala Lumpur we spent one evening dining at this restaurant. It was a brilliant experience. The views are stunning and as you ate, night fell and so you also got the night view with all of the lights. As it is a revolving restaurant the views are ever changing. There was a good selection of food and it wasn't too busy on the night we went. It was expensive, I felt, but the whole experience was worth it.

We visited beautifull temples and could even participate in some rituals. Some local delicious food was served in a local restaurant. We learned a lot about the Malasian history. Beautifull sightseeing on the tour and for our 4 year old son there were also some fun parts. We liked it a lot!
