This year, for the first time, the capital of Russia, Moscow, hosted a large-scale celebration of the Lunar New Year, the symbol of which was the dragon. Many central streets were beautifully decorated, master classes were held, various goods were sold, citizens and guests of the country, tourists could try various Chinese dishes. The "Apothecary Garden" of the oldest Botanical Garden in Russia, founded by Tsar Peter I in 1708, also participated in this holiday. One of the garden's greenhouses was decorated for the holiday with symbols of the Chinese New Year, illumination, red lanterns, an image of a dragon, and in combination with marvelous plants it looked incredibly festive and beautiful.
