I was my second trip to Moscow and I got a time to rest a bit from business, my friend brought me here at Wai Thai Dibenko. Here my journey starts to the world of thai spa, I did not expect to get such a big choice of treatments and massage technices, so finally I got an aroma oil massage with a "Sky herbals" oil, everything was amasing from the grettings by Lana and my massage master Kwan! Saloon is absolutely goergous and lovely staff, hope to come here asap. Highly recommended place!

Limestone is the biggest bouldering wall in Moscow. I enjoy it so much! You'll meet friendly stuff here. You'll find around 800m2 a surface area and there are soft and solid mats everywhere under thе walls. You'll appreciate a lot of space, bright and interesting children's areas, a great atmosphere for training!

Nice studio, great masseurs, reasonable prices! I took a course of anti-cellulite massage and periodically go to the usual one. Pleased with the result, I recommend :)

The best place for Thai massage in MOSCOW. Visited with her husband a spa program "harmony." The program lasted 3 hours.
    Time flew by.
Cedar barrel, body mask, peeling, relaxing massage! The highest service! Thanks to the masters and the reception! Be sure to come back again!

Salon Cosmos Spa is the best, the most hospitable and very professional salon in our city...I think it is a very high class salon. It has a very calm atmosphere which brings positive energy. I am a regular customer but I have to make my appointment half a year ahead of time...it is very inconvenient, as I am very sad when I have to miss any appointments because of the time. Thank you for your service.

I like Chaika because of the fresh air, it’s much better for your lungs, skin, etc. Or maybe I am just used to it. Anyway, I tried an indoor swimming-pool once, when this one was on renovation – no comparison! I felt as if I were in a hot-house!
The only hitch is that you have to take a dive to reach the pool from the shower room. Of course, you can open the door and walk, but I wouldn’t want to do that in winter. Especially as the forecast is minus 20 C for the Russian Christmas!
Once in the water, it feels very comfortable. They keep the temperature at +28 C any season.
While I speak about the swimming-pool, there are actually two: the bigger, Olympic size – 50 m, and the smaller 25 m for diving. When it’s summer, I’ll take a photo, it won’t go now, there’s steam all around.
I only use the swimming-pool as such, but I know there is a fitness centre, water aerobics, sauna and I don’t know what, that’s for the people with a lot of spare time and money.
I’ve just bought the club card for year 2023, it’s 69 thousand roubles, and you can come anytime and stay as long as it’s open.
While I cannot take any photos outdoors because of the weather conditions, I’ve taken some indoors, to show you the café and the lobby.
Worth to know that the place is a real monument of history and architecture, it was built for the International Youth Festival 1957 and is over 55 y.o. by now!

Miltronic system is designed in Germany by fitness university in Koeln. It is quite similar to interval training — short brakes, intensive work. But you do it on a circle of training apparatus. Porshe designed simulators are electronic and tuned for each club member. You also can try your 1st training for free as it includes your body analysis and equipment tuning. Trainer included. Only 35 minutes — business format, but very effective, it is proved by German doctors who designed all system and the training process. Also great part of it that you can see your progress and what you have done on each training in your personal Miltronic dashboard. You will access it after 1-st training.

Polite atmosphere. Show business stars are also here. Based in Office A+ class. White design. English speaking personal. No queues.

Great alternative for those who live in Russia for a while and are a bit tired of walking between bars or sitting in the office and traffic jams.

It is really wonderful spa! Good professional service. You can get relax here after long walking through historical center of Moscow and continue to discover this area later. Just one was upset me - the coffee and other DRINKS from their bar are NOT FREE.
