- Arabian Nights GlampingMuscat, Oman76 contributionsAl Fizayah Beach is renowned for its stunning natural beauty. The beach features pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and dramatic rocky surroundings. The backdrop of rugged mountains meeting the sea creates a picturesque and serene setting. The lack of commercial development enhances its unspoiled charm.Written August 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ali NazifpourTehran, Iran58 contributionsTwo small but great museums that provide a comprehensive understanding of Oman and Salalah, especially the ntwo cultural pillars of seafaring and frankincense trade. The displays are very creative and educational. Definitely the best part of Salalah.
I deduct one point because they don't accept cash for tickets which is inconvenient.Written April 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. While it was simple, there was a picture of the family tree of all Prophets in there which I took a picture of.Written January 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ali NazifpourTehran, Iran58 contributionsVisiting this place is free alongside the Museum of Frankincense Land. It is a sublime experience, with ample explanations provided on the boards, and a feeling of visiting ruins of a lost oasis, which shows the fickle nature of human achievements. It's a rare opportunity.Written April 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- TopKingofKingsUnited Kingdom605 contributionsThis is definitely the best place in the city of Salalah. It is recommended to go in the mornings as there are no prayers during these times. The outside was stunning but the inside was so beautiful. I did pray 2 rakah Salat-al-Masjid there like I always do when I visit masjids while touring different countriesWritten January 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The lifeguards are friendly, but sometimes a bit over-protective. Not a lot of shade at midday.Written April 24, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ali NazifpourTehran, Iran58 contributionsIt's an interesting enough place, with a very long tomb with unclear lore, as there are multiple Umrans in Islamic mythology. However, in comparison with tombs in other Islamic countries, it's very austere and bare bones, and the very small space is inconvenient. I had to hop over some pilgrims in order to traverse the place.Written April 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
