Nice place to visit for a few hours. Do feed the crocodile. The kids really liked it. We took a package and it included pictures and crocodile feeding. We were also lucky to be there for the crocodile feeding. Otherwise there are, of course, only crocodiles. Not much else...

My visit to Langkawi Wildlife Park was an absolute delight for the family! If you're planning a trip to Langkawi and looking for a fun-filled attraction, this park is an absolute must-visit.

The park offers an incredible experience for animal enthusiasts of all ages. The chance to interact with the animals and birds up close left us in awe! 🦜🐾 It was a unique opportunity for our kids to feed and pet these beautiful creatures, and they couldn't stop smiling!

The photo opportunities were abundant, and we captured countless precious moments during our visit. The staff were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

In summary, Langkawi Wildlife Park is a top-notch attraction m. If you're visiting Langkawi, don't miss the chance to experience this wonderful wildlife adventure!

Anywhere that contains animals outside their natural habitat is going to be open to criticism and Underwater World is no exception! The various enclosures are pleasantly done but not big enough for the animals inside! That being said, the animals are relatively safe, well fed and they bring joy to those who visit, when otherwise they might remain unknown, in danger and struggling to survive. Ethics aside, Underwater World is a pleasant couple of hours attraction and worth a visit, to see the joy on the faces of children as they come face to face with such majestic creatures, is priceless. Go see for yourself!!

I would only recommend visiting this place if you are near the Oriental Village. It is at the end of the village close to Car Park B where buses and taxis park.

There is only one tiger and one elephant here. We were fortunate that the tiger, Zanah, paced around just above the visitors' gallery when we were there.

We were provided with sugar cane and bread to feed the elephant. Children found this delightful. Some also chose to pay to ride the elephant.

I understand why there are so many negative reviews left by visitors. I agree, the place has much to be improved starting with garden landscaping. It needs more trees, plants to provide a more pleasant environment for visitors and animals.

Despite the heat (we had an umbrella and hats), our family of four did enjoy ourselves and spent over 2 hours there. We basically had the whole park to ourselves as it was the muslim fasting month. It was quiet, and something we really appreciated since everywhere else was bustling with hyped adults and screeching kids.

The animals looked malnourished particularly the carnivore. Nevertheless, animals in captivity are never happy looking. The lone otter broke our hearts with its cries when we were leaving and the birds were friendly and welcomed the seeds we bought to feed them.

The highlight and the reason we chose to visit this nature park was the mangrove walk. No regrets. Love how serene the place was. If you're not a nature lover you might want to skip this place altogether because it's just rows and rows of mangrove trees. The day before we went on a mangrove tour by boat and that was great too!

This is not a petting zoo, the other one is and more suited for young kids. I hope they could listen to the complaints here and improve on the park by adding more trees for shade. So much potential really.

An amazing collection of animals but some were in cages too small (especially the larger animals like the deer) and many cages did not look like they had been cleaned in weeks.

The tiny hedgehogs were lined up in hard metal grated cages and I can’t imagine how they could even move about. They need to be on earth or at least a solid floor. Please relocate them!

The rabbits were feral and one rabbit had been so badly bitten by the others. I made them aware of this and they removed it, but we saw a few others were also looking grim. Kids were allowed to pick them up (one child picked a rabbit up by its ears!) but there was no staff supervision anywhere.

The emus were aggressive and I was surprised they were part of the “free roam” feeding area. Was disappointed by the overall lack of animal care standards but other families seemed oblivious.

Please look after your precious animals better.
