As I had to go to Futamatagawa, I got on a So-tetsu Express from Yokohama. It was a comfortable ride.Written July 10, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Starfire145Singapore, Singapore96 contributionsWe have been using them since August 2018 & during my most recent trip to Osaka We were faced with a last minute flight departure timing change due to Typhoon Hagibis. We were only updated on Thursday night around 10.25 pm & we sent an email to Miss Natsumi of Bushire & told her of the change in timing. I was also worried if the pick up timing could be changed so last minute since we were departing very early on Sat morning but she replied almost immediately & gave me her LINE Number for quicker communication. She told she checks her email till late at nite & advised that I should try to get the airport hotel accommodation instead since our flight was so early at 7.35 am & potential flood could hamper the road condition along the link bridge to the airport- This was the best advice she gave & I immediately started to check out the hotel but I was having issues getting the hotel confirmation there. I only managed to get it at 6pm on Friday evening & she was able to get my transfer arranged at 8.30pm to the Kansai Nikko Airport Hotel that very night. Not only did we get more time to rest since it was about 3 mins walk from the Nikko Hotel to the airport terminal but we felt safer & Ms Natsumi was constantly on Line with me even after we’re at the departure gate. I don’t think we will ever get this type of service & concern anywhere else. I felt so blessed in this whole ordeal to have a truly concerned service provider even though she was based in Tokyo & we were in Osaka.Written October 28, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sockkhimsingapore1 contributionExcellent service provided. Had a friendliest, careful driver with us who made our trip most pleasant. Young children and seniors in our group enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Thank you!Written December 26, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sarah M1 contributionI had the chance to visit Ikuyo san’s Japanese tea ceremony experience in March. The atmosphere of her home and the tea room was so warm and convivial, and I appreciated the care and attention Ikuyo san took in ensuring that I not only understood the history and origins of tea, but also the joy in performing tea ceremony. After her demonstration, I was able to try my hand at the process of making tea as well, which Ikuyo san kindly guided me through. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone interested in tea ceremony or Japanese culture!Written August 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
