What travelers are saying
- 誠人 田9 contributionsI went to UVERworld's LIVE for two days. The venue was like a fortress and the intensity was on a different level. Watching soccer or attending a LIVE there would surely be an invaluable and unforgettable experience.Written July 30, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JapanCustomToursJapan7,780 contributionsI visited with some local Tokyo friends, and was not really sure what to expect, mainly because they simply had the tickets and said we were going. Overall impression, really good.
I think the perfect person would be 6-10 years old as it gives a really great challenge on the 50 obstacles with slightly different skills required. That was handy because the youngest in our group was 8 and he charged around happily and madly for about four hours. Even the range of teenagers around were having fun - partly because they were with friends, or because they were falling in the water (it was really hot).
In addition to the obstacle course, there are family bbq areas and these were well used, Lots of shady spots and quite a lot of space. Even with a lot of people at the park, it did not feel too crowded.
No English (designed for the local market), limited parking, take spare clothes in case of excessive dirt and/or falling in the water. Expect a few tears as this is not a cotton-wool experience - plenty of scope to fall over, hurt yourself of fall off high places - most of the things I saw were pretty trivial knocks. Not something that would be allowed in many of the H&S/PC countries where no one is allowed to get hurt.Written July 22, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. this park well. Hodogaya baseball stadium is famous for
preliminary games of the senior high school baseball
tournament. Some students from my high school (Cherry hill
high) carried placard for march-in.
There are sport facilities such as baseball stadium, tennis
court, soccer field, ragby field, swimming pool. If you want
to run, spacious park is good place.
There is cozy cafe with gallery near the baseball stadium.Written May 14, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. cherry blossoms. Adjacent to this park, there are 2 parks
and British War cemetery. If you visit these 4 places, you
need 3 hours for walking.
There is small restaurant but it would be better to bring
your lunch box.Written May 25, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The lines can be quite long, and we definitely felt like this was aimed at kids - some of the exhibits feel kitschy. The highlight was definitely seeing the capybara, tortoise, armadillo, and other exotic animals. The staff take them out of, in the case of the capybara, they wander the room with everyone, munching on lettuce.
One thing we wondered about was whether the animals, in particular the birds, were able to fly around after the day was over. They were tethered to their perches, and we hoped they got out and flew around after the day was over. It's also not what you'd expect from a zoo in the US; the staff encouraged people to pet the animals.
Overall it was okay. It was reasonably expensive (roughly $25 pp) to see the exhibits, or you could pay a la carte. English was a challenge, and most people there only spoke limited amounts of it. The longest line was for the cat room, which we skipped; we get enough cat time at home with our buddy.Written January 2, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There is huge ball pool with a "jungle gym" and slide. The main attraction that sits in the middle is the inflatable cushion that is like a trampoline wherein the kids (and adults) can jump, run and bounce. The staff are assisting the kids and plays along. They even suggests interesting games. There are different areas like the toy car area, puzzle, magnets, huge lego like foam blocks and many more. Very good physical and mental activities for our kids. Its a must to visit and since it is inside the mall, you can visit it even during rainy days and shopping is just outside the park. Enjoy!Written June 6, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
