    Was the only visitor during my visit!
    I asked my Tour Driver to drop me off here instead of my hotel when our tour ended. It is NOT located at the main road, very near the Convention Center and several restaurants.

    Entrance fee is 20,000 VND, payable at the booth, right side of the Entrance Door.Exhibits include pictures regarding chronological changes of Danang as a city, sculptures, rural life, fish in bottles, etc.

    Outside: There is huge statue Nguyen Tri Phoung, helicopter, citadel or a moot.

    Definitely worth a go
    Interesting to anyone who wants to explore the history of Vietnam. Spacious, with a large outdoor section that has military equipment.

    Official museum in an old fortress
    This is "official Da Nang museum" where travelers can see some cannons in French-Vietnamese first war, helicopters in former American war in the outside and plenty of information in the interior. History lovers definitely must visit this place. It stands inside an old fortress "Dien Hai", recently renovated and reconstructed, so nice to see. A "national special historical site" was given to it few years ago.
