- Dalena BSan Antonio, TX30 contributionsI contacted Pacific Boat a head of time to book a group of 10 and they were very informative and replied promptly. The day of, I requested to add 3 more to our group and they easily accommodated.
This tour was exactly what we were looking for. The focus was on snorkeling and not all the cheesy touristy stuff I saw from the reviews of other companies. We were guided to two different snorkel spots- the 2nd being our favorite for the clearness of the water. The guides were so friendly and gave us a little history of the area. My mother is not a strong swimmer and never snorkeled before. One of the guides took her under their wing, tied her to his floating device and kept me aware of her location the entire time so that I could enjoy my own snorkel while he guided her. They also gave us fresh fruit in between snorkels.
The island was so pretty and the food was great! The crew reserved lounge seating for my big group so that we didn't have to scramble to find seating together. These guys are top notch and exceeded our expectations!

She gave us a lot of useful information during the journey and arrange the schedule to allow us to see the sites at the time when they were less crowded. The entire organisation was great too, we booked the wrong date by mistake and they kindly helped us rearrange the tour just one day in advance. Absolutely recommend it! She was well organised and it was delight to be in her company for the 4.5 hours of the tour. - Odyssey225160503775 contributionsI had an awesome private motorbike tour in Da Nang with Viet as my guide, and it was the best way to not only enjoy the popular tourist spots but also uncover the city's lesser known picturesque corners that you might miss in a typical tour! Viet was fantastic—super reliable and a skilled rider. He was also really friendly and thoughtful, making sure I had an amazing time while sharing insider knowledge. He even cared enough to take breaks for me in case I was tired and overwhelmed by the long ride. Viet always offered to take pictures of me in every spot we visited and they all turned out amazing - as if he also doubled as a private photographer haha!
It truly felt like going on an adventure with a good friend who knows all the cool spots. We booked a Jeep Tour to see the Marble Mountain and Monkey Mountain. LANH’s information was outstanding and very knowledgeable about everything we visited. Such a deep understanding of Vietnamese culture, history, tradition and religion. He also communicated well in English. During the first part of our ride we travelled in a car with with AC, cold drinks and comfortable seating. The second part in the keep was great fun. Open air with the wind in your hair. Our driver’s were very friendly and helpful.
LANH went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a good time. An early dinner at Grandma’s kitchen of traditional food topped off a great day. Excellent guide and trip! Mr. Le was an incredible Tour Guide, who shared his knowledge of Hoi An and its culture. His sense of humor, wit and interest in making this tour a culturally immersive experience was very much appreciated. Every stop with Mr. Le came with gems on the culture of Vietnam and its people. The marble mountain, walking tour of old quarter Hoi An, night market, and lantern boat ride was just lovely! - Connor N9 contributionsHung Le was very friendly and handled the tour very well. The pickup from our Da Nang hotel was on time and the ride was comfortable. The basket boat experience was lovely and peaceful but had its entertaining moments with crabbing, fishing and the boat spinning. The sun was scorching in August so highly recommend suitable clothing to protect yourself from the sun. The boat had an umbrella and Vietnamese sun hats we could use too. We got to experience making Vietnamese coffee with local powder and filters - turned out really good - as well as great home-made food in a comfortable environment. We saw temples, mountains and waterfalls. We also had some amazing food!

Hien picked me and my partner up from our hotel in Da Nang and drove us to Hai Van pass and the My Son sanctuary before finally dropping us off at our destination in Hoi An. It was a pleasure to have him for the day. He was very informative about the two locations. It was also great to exchange (in English) with him about the Vietnamese culture. In the end we were joking and laughing. We spent a very nice day enriched by Hien's tips on how to bargain and vietnamese tradition. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any foreigners wanting to discover this region.

The history and culture of the marble and monkey mountains was exhilarating with Mr. Lee providing us with insights into each bit of the landscape. Ba Na Hills was a beautiful experience in itself. Understandably, as the tour is all encompassing, do remember that there is a lot of walking involved so be sure to stay hydrated. We were able to learn a lot and ask a lot of questions because of his excellent English. As we drove around Marble Mountain, he provided a thorough introduction to Buddhism, including its history as well as its modern practices. He gave us a wealth of information about the history of the former sea port and current UNESCO town of Hoi An. Throughout the excursions, he also took great care to snap shots of us. We had an enjoyable time in Hoi An and did tour around the old town, visiting some private homes, Chinese temple and Japanese Bridge. Cuong also led us to Hoi An Night Market.
