- Roam2071691738330 contributionsLoved our afternoon here. The beach was gorgeous..lovely gold sand and very clean. The water was clear and warm. We swam in front of a beach club (recommend doing this) and lay on sun beds..the whole area was well looked after. A Bang beach has definitely improved since our last visit a few years ago.Written June 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - nguyen n2 contributionsHoi An Market is the heart of the city’s trading scene and a bustling hub of daily life. Located near the Thu Bon River, the market offers a wide range of local goods, from fresh produce and seafood to handmade crafts and souvenirs. It’s an excellent place to experience the flavors of Hoi An through its street food stalls, offering dishes like cao lau and banh mi The market also serves as a window into the city’s cultural diversity, as vendors of all ages gather to sell their products, providing a lively and colorful experience for visitors.Written October 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The ethnic clothes and RĂ©hahn 's pictures are wonderful, a piece of art, a piece of Vietnam History. Even my teenagers were spellbound. We bought beautiful pictures.Written September 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Getaway800970Rotorua, New Zealand34 contributionsStunning photography of indigenous peoples of Vietnam. The story of Rehahn bringing little known communities to life through his photography and support is inspirational.
We visited the gallery twice and both times me by Nguyen Le who could not do enough for us . Her knowledge, quiet efficiency combined with her patience and genuine warmth made our experience so meaningful. Having 2 of Rehahn’s beautiful photographs in our home in New Zealand is a constant reminder of this amazing gallery and the kindness of LeWritten September 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It can be very overwhelming stall upon stall all selling much of the same so take your time getting to know what you like and what you’re after so you can negotiate a better price. Central market closes around 5.30pm (although the clothing Tailor I used (sewing bee - gets great reviews!!) closes at 7.30pm each night. My hotel said central market till 5.30pm then the night market from 6pm. Would I recommend it - absolutely. Get in there. Have some fun!Written September 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kim tMelbourne, Australia53 contributionsThis market is well worth a visit just to see it. The aisles are so narrow and the whole building full from top to bottom with bargains. You can get souvenirs, bags, clothes and shoes at very cheap prices. The shopkeepers are happy to haggle and if you can stand the heat and the business of so many people hunting for bargains then it is well worth the trouble to get what you want. There is also a food level which has many interesting things for sale.
The surrounding area is also good for a walk - you can see the Dragon Bridge and there are some proper shops in that area along with restaurants and places for a drink if you need recover!Written October 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
