I contacted Pacific Boat a head of time to book a group of 10 and they were very informative and replied promptly. The day of, I requested to add 3 more to our group and they easily accommodated.

This tour was exactly what we were looking for. The focus was on snorkeling and not all the cheesy touristy stuff I saw from the reviews of other companies. We were guided to two different snorkel spots- the 2nd being our favorite for the clearness of the water. The guides were so friendly and gave us a little history of the area. My mother is not a strong swimmer and never snorkeled before. One of the guides took her under their wing, tied her to his floating device and kept me aware of her location the entire time so that I could enjoy my own snorkel while he guided her. They also gave us fresh fruit in between snorkels.

The island was so pretty and the food was great! The crew reserved lounge seating for my big group so that we didn't have to scramble to find seating together. These guys are top notch and exceeded our expectations!

Thank you Pacific Boat! It was just what we were looking for!

They picked us up and then we had to do a 1 hour drive to pick up 3 other parties - 2 of which weren’t at all ready - in one case we waited 20 minutes! At the harbour we were combined with other tour groups to form one big group on one boat. The tour then did several stops which honestly were quite boring - a small temple, a village full of hawkers, a very small museum with some dead fish in jars. When we finally made it to the snorkelling about 4 hours after the hotel pick-up we were given some cheap snorkeling gear and then into the water. There was almost no fish and no colour in the coral. We dove down and saw a few interesting things like blue star fish and a few different kinds of fish, but you reqlly needed to dive to see anything. After about 45 mins they took us to small beach where they fed us and then left us for ‘own time’ on a small
Beach where several boars were parked. The beach outside our hotel was significantly better so the last 90 minutes was really a waste of time. The lunch was supposedly to be seafood but that meant 2 prawns each, a small piece of fish to share between 4 people and a few buts of calamari in a stir fry. In addition soup, chips and noddles. We didn’t leave hungry but it was nothing special. The drive back to the hotel was fine as we didn’t have to wait for anyone. Final verdict, not really worth it but if tou want to go, find a tour that just does the snorkelling.

The boat trip and lunch were really good. Unfortunately we were not aware that they didn’t not have snorkel equipment for our child so she couldn’t do that part which was really disappointing. This needs to be advertised or advised when booking for children. Then the tour guide tried giving our group of 30 a choice between longer swimming at the beach and visiting a temple- and asked us to make a decision as a group. Which was never going to please everyone. Perhaps next time the guide could make the decision for the group.

Firstly, this is not a snorkelling trip. The snorkeling in total was maybe 30 minutes. The snorkeling equipment is unusable, broken and not safe. In addition, I do not believe is properly clean and disinfected between users. We spend more time on the crowded boat than snorkeling. Our guide was rude and unhelpful. The way people swim (snorkling or from the beach) amongst all these boats is very dangerous. The only positive part of the trip was the food that was good. I would not recommend the trip if you want to enjoy snorkeling.

Nice trip! 🌞 We visited a beautiful spot to snorkel (saw a lot of fish and coral) and had a nice lunch + swim at a beautiful beach. Would recommend, but not for the weakharted because the boat ride was very wild because of the wind. ;)

My solo trip to Da Nang was transformed by this tour. The intimate atmosphere and small group size (max 8) made me feel instantly welcome. The personalized service ensured my interests were catered to, creating a tailored itinerary packed with diverse activities. Luxurious accommodations and private transportation provided a touch of comfort, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the adventure. I explored remote destinations with insider knowledge from our fantastic guides, participating in hands-on experiences like local cuisine tasting and interactive learning. Tranquil settings and sustainable tourism practices resonated deeply with me, making this a truly unforgettable memory.

We had a fantastic trip to Cham island and spent a long time snorkelling in the coral and saw lot's of fish. It really was a special experience and the crew were friendly and helpful. Lunch on the island was great too - the food was very tasty, though most memorable for the locals monkeys that invaded us from left, right and above trying to steal our food! Thoroughly recommend, our visit to Hoi A would not have been the same without this fantastic excursion.

Before booking this special experience,I contacted few tour operators but they quoted so costly.
Luckily I found this Experience with great Values.
My family really enjoyed half day as farmers for wet rice tour included riding buffalo. We do as local farmers for riding and ploughing by harrowing and planting...
More than that we do fishing by coracle boats to explore coconut forest.
Backing the family,we are rechargeable with Cao Lau Noodles and Vietnamese ice coffee.
All are amazing trip never let you down.

Overall the tour was ok: the guide took us for a walk to show us the temple and the fish market, then took us snorkelling and later we had traditional vietnamese lunch in a beautiful beach. The whole tour and visiting the island was great except for the snorkelling itself: even if the weather was great that day, the water was murky and we could barely see anything, plus it was quite dirty. However this might be because we came in March - end of rainy season - and it rained every day during the previous week. The boat was also too small for the number of people in the tour and for the activity itself, very little space to get changed etc.
