- GinnyAlaskaMillburn, New Jersey44 contributionsWent with my family of four - including two college kids - to this lovely farm for a half day adventure. We got a full tour of the garden and had the chance to learn about and smell all of the beautiful herbs that are farmed there. We even got a chance to plow, plant, and water a small plot ourselves. Then we went back and prepared a few dishes together, then ate those plus more delicious food that had been prepared by others. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Highly recommend!Written January 4, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mike M10 contributionsWe had 5 hour cooking class and trip to the local market to buy fresh ingredients. We had the most fantastic time. Xuan was our excellent chef/teacher/guide. She met us at our hotel. We cycled from the hotel to a very exciting busy food market where we bought all the fresh food we needed for cooking. Cycling is really easy here in Hoi An. You need to be aware of your senses but it’s a lovely experience. We cycled through rice fields and she explained some of the details about how it is farmed. Then the best thing was arriving at the amazing Herb and vegetable farm in which the kitchen is based. It’s Utopian. So quiet, so much nature, so much respect for the food they are growing. We spent another 3-4 hours cooking four different recipes. You don’t need to be an expert chef for the course we did - but it was very involved and even though I’m an experienced cook, I leaned some really nice things. We ate everything we cooked and it was all delicious. We finished around 2pm so it is a lovely creative and restful way to spend a morning/early afternoon. Fantastic experience.Written January 21, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- aussiebeth198144 contributionsOur family went out here and had the place to ourselves. We absolutely loved it. We learnt a lot about what we can do with natural ingredients as remedies. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking experience and the whole morning was a great pace for us. It was a great way to slow down for a morning. Would absolutely recommend this place to other travellers.Written October 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
