I found out about Daisy from a flyer cafe my penultimate day in the city, and she set up up with a private class the following day at my convenience. The whole thing from start to finish was fantastic - we sat in a breezy cafe garden and she taught me so many types of stitching with so much knowledge and patience for a total beginning like me. I came away with all the info I needed, plus a generous goodie bag of supply to continue at home, and of course the bag I'd embroidered. I also came back that afternoon for another one of her private classes, where I made a dress from scratch in her home studio - it was a highlight of my trip - if you want a more unusual class to take, do it!
