Göreme was an epicenter of early Christianity, it also featuring painted cave churches. The rupestrian churches date from the 10-11th. century and include Tokalı Kilise and El Nazar Kilise , St. Barbara , Saklı Kilise , Karanlık Kilise . .. . The otherworldly fairy chimneys are impressive. The park is a unique spot, not to be missed. Prepare for at least 2 hours of walk with a lot of matchless sights (it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985). I found also the "Dark Church" remarkable because of the way in which it preserved the beauty of the celebrated frescoes. Nevertheless, if you are not curios/passionate about the subject, it is better not to pay the additional ticket.
Prom a practical perspective, the landmark is easily to be found and has a parking There were several very commercial stores while I expected to find something authentic craft objects. A little crowded in the morning with longer waiting lines for the ticket purchase. If you feel the need for a guide, you can find an authorized one inside. We did not go with this opting (as we have done some reading prior to the visit) but there were several groups which seemed pleased with the service. There is a cafe and a museum shop inside so you can have a coffee and a drink.

I liked the overlook that this valley offers. Also the fairy chimneys are popping out of nowhere, almost iconic look of the area.
No tickets to enter this place needed.

Stunning place and nice hotel, inclement weather stopped our balloon ride. Gutted that on our last day driving to the airport they were all taking off.

The valley not known and famous like others at Göreme and not easy to reach the valley but all that negativity the valley deserves to visit. Mostly you can go to visit that valley with safari jeeps, can not reach with a normal car. We get there with Tempest Jeep Safari / Uluer group and other secret places also.

We did the sunset horse riding tour and it was an amazing experience and a great way to visit Cappadocia. The horses were very calm and easy to ride, despite having no experience. We were a small group of 7 and our guides Ramazan and Muharrem were kind enough to take loads of pictures of us while riding the horses and at the sunset view point. Would definitely recommend!

Getting off the plane in Kayseri, this was the first place in Cappadocia that our guide took us to. With all the natural beauty of the area, I can see why. Plus, it is right off the road so you don't have to walk too far to be surrounded by fairy chimneys. Parking is at a premium and hard to find during busy times. There are also some kiosks nearby to buy souvenirs. Something for everyone!

A nice shuttle to pick you up from the airport and rides you exactly to your hotel. A lot of space for your luggage. Nice driver is waiting for you with a sign with your name and then you just enjoy the magnificent views of the region while you are moving to your destination. Perfect service. Also, you have inter WiFi free! (Writing this with the free internet service).

The sunrise hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia was amazing! The experience with Royal Balloon was great - first they bring you to their base for a nice buffet breakfast, then you're brought to the balloon site in a plush and modern van. It's thrilling to see the balloons being filled with hot air, the flames shooting out toward the balloon. A highlight was seeing all of the other balloons rising all around you against the otherworldly Cappadocia backdrop. Then, the sun begins to rise and your breath is taken away.
Our balloon pilot was Tankut (Tank) Demir. He was unbelievably amazing. He was friendly, explained anything you wanted to know, and flew the balloon as if it were a part of him. He even landed our balloon on the back of a flat bed truck! How is that for accuracy?
I highly recommend Royal Balloon and, if I were ever able to do it again, I would seek out Tank as my pilot.
    You will LOVE it!

We did the sunset horse ride and really enjoyed it! The staff were very friendly, attentive and you could see that they look after the horses well and that they really have a passion for what they are doing. The places we went to (sword valley and rose valley) were beautiful and discovering them on a horse at sunset was just an amazing experience. Definitely recommend both the ride and the ranch!

From the moment we started our 4-day adventure in Cappadocia with Bayram, it was clear we were in exceptional hands.

Bayram not only shared his extensive knowledge of the region, but his passion for its history and beauty truly enriched our experience.

Each tour—green, red, and blue—was perfectly curated to showcase the best of Cappadocia, and the visit to the pink salt lake was a breathtaking highlight.

Bayram’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made our journey unforgettable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to explore this magical place.

Turkey is a country that beautifully blends ancient history with modernity, offering travelers a diverse and enriching experience. Here’s a review of a trip to Turkey, highlighting some of the best experiences and destinations:

    ### Istanbul: The Heart of Turkey
    **Highlights:**
    - **Hagia Sophia:** This iconic structure, which has served as a cathedral, mosque, and now museum, is a testament to Turkey’s rich history and diverse cultural heritage. The mosaics and architecture are stunning.
    - **Topkapi Palace:** The former residence of Ottoman sultans, Topkapi Palace is a must-visit for its opulent rooms, treasury, and stunning views of the Bosphorus.
    - **Grand Bazaar:** One of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, offering everything from spices and textiles to jewelry and ceramics. It's a vibrant place to experience local culture and shop for souvenirs.
    - **Bosphorus Cruise:** A boat ride on the Bosphorus
