- Nethmi S8 contributionsWe booked this sunset horse riding experince through our hotel and we had such a fun and relaxing time. We were all unexperienced horse riders but our guide Ramazan was super patient and guided us through it. The valleys were beautiful and the sunset was stunning looking over the valleys. The horses were well trained and were unbothered by passibg AVTs and vehicles. Ramazan pretty much acted like a human drone and took loads of amazing photos and videos of us. - Cannon996Dallas, TX41 contributionsWe wanted to get up into the hills/stones and see the sunset - there are several options available - walking, car to the top, ATV through the area and horseriding. We chose horseriding and the Dalton Brothers - it was the right choose - the only reason I didn't give it a 5 had nothing to do with the Dalton group - but just because the number of ATVs and horses from other groups. It's a wonderful ride - a shuttle picks you up, you're selected the best horse for you and then start the line all the way up to a plateau - where you take a break, have a refreshment (purchased) and see the sunset begin. On the way down you get incredible views. When the ATVs go a little dust storm is created - but the horses stay in line, are gentle and have great guides. The do a good job trying to keep you spaced between the various tours. Kadost Goreme Extreme Sports (formerly Rainbow Ranch) was a fun and great experience for our kids. Nuron Atlas and Baris Dirlik were wonderful hosts on this trip and they even had a guide running and walking next to us the whole time taking pictures on our camera for us for no fee! It was nice for a change to experience a family business atmosphere at a great cost. Would highly recommend. This includes pickup and drop off from airport, balloon ride, hotel and 2 .5 days customized tour for my needs. As I was interested in photography, he was able to customize my tour accordingly. Umit himself is a photographer and that helped us take several family photos with my camera. He has excellent knowledge of history, religion (christianity and Islam) and is a local of capadoccia. He will recommend some shops for leather, carpet, pottery and sweets. But you can pick whether you want to go there or not. Absolutely no pressure. Even at the location, there is no pressure to buy. All those shops have some unique way of presenting their merchandize. Pottery provided a mini demo and even made my daughter try to do some pottery. Fashion show at Leather shop was great. Thanks to Yunus who blended in just like a friend right from the start, he made us have a wonderful time as he got the pulse of our travel style just right . He curated a special tour for us and was so bang on with his suggestions- be it the hot air Baloon , the ATV ride , the popular spots to pottery workshops to even witnessing a beautiful sunset near imagination valley which only a local would know. He accomadated our requests and was very patient in handling a group of 20!
