- Gunjan J3 contributionsI had booked an airport transfer with Birge Tour. The flight got rescheduled and Birge offered to reschedule transfer.
But the pathetic people at Borge failed to come on rescheduled time. When I reached their office they refused to offer the transfer service for which I had already paid.
After much insistence they agreed to transfer.
On reaching the Kayseri airport the person started demanding 50 Euro. When I refused because I had already paid he started misbehaving with me and even snatched my passport and ticket. He refused to give me my passport back. I was forced to pay 50 Euros just to get my passport back.
I was cheated.
The most horrific incident I have witnessed in any country
Please don't book anything from Birge Tours if you want your safety.

We had the car for 3 weeks with a pick up in Cappadocia and drop off in Istanbul. The car was clean and new and we just paid the tolls at the end. Everything went smoothly. Also the Turkish roads are excellent.
