    Excellent
    Besides the stunning views, I loved the fact that everything was punctual and organized as per the description of the tour. I didn't have much time in turkey so this specific tour was perfect for me and I got to see a lot of Cappadocia.

    My tour guides Augus and Mehmet were very polite and professionals. I totally recommend them.

    Likewise, The Cappadocia Hotel in Urgut was incredible. All staff were so eager to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast is quiiite a lot and amazing.

    Fantastic, brilliant and must do!!
    Couldnt recommend this tour more! The customer service was fantastic. We didnt receive our confirmation immediately (due to a system error). It was 11pm when we booked and i was worried so i messaged on whatsapp. I received a response immediately and was told theyd check and get the confirmation the next day which i did. Fast forward to the tour and everything was perfect. Every single transfer and flight was on time and free flowing. The guides were knowledgable, funny and catered to all needs. Allowing just enough time at every location and attraction. I honestly couldnt recommend this more. If you have the time you need to book this as well as the hot air balloon. Once in a lifetime experience and worth absolutely every single penny.

    Review of: Cappadocia Magic : 1 Night 2 Days Cappadocia Tour Including Hot Air Balloon Tour
    Spectacular trip.
    Cappadocia is a must see trip. The hot air balloon ride was amazing and should not be missed. Even if you are afraid of heights, you do not feel scared. The gondola is large solid and secure. The ride is smooth, they will not launch if the weather is not good. The day tour was beautiful and interesting. Our guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. The Hotel Cappadocia was very nice and the breakfast was a feast. The staff were very kind and attentive.
    The only complaint was the transportation back to our Istanbul hotel. After being up for 19 hours it took to long for the transportation company they booked us with to get our van to pick us up. Then he was smoking while driving the crazy streets of Istanbul. A few of our group was already feeling ill from being up so long and the driving. Add in the smell of cigarettes after all that and he almost had a van to clean. Then he tried to get to our hotel by going past the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia during Ramadan. He dropped us off 500m from our hotel when he's wrong route took him to a dead end road.
    I would suggest booking 2 nights to avoid being overly tired on the return trip. The balloon ride on the first morning with a little touring after. Then the balance of the sites on the second day.

    Review of: Turkey's Highlights - Pamukkale, Ephesus, Cappadocia Trip & Balloon Ride Option
    Perfect for the whole family
    Thanks to Freesia Tours for an exceptional window into the history and sites of Turkey. Mehmet and Hassan became part of the family and learning about how Turkey came to be was a fabulous world schooling opportunity for our boys. Mehmet was an encyclopedia of knowledge. Paragliding over the Terraces in Pamukkale and exploring the underground cities in Cappadocia were 2 of our favourite highlights.

    Review of: 1 Hour Standard Flight at Cappadocia
    Amazing, very Professional
    I Book the tour online , but should have book directly for cheaper price as its not difficult to find their contact online.

    They conducted the tour very professionally. The pilot is amazing, the driver also nice. We flew till 700m height, which is like the highest in the sky compare to other ballons operator.

    I would recommend this to all my friends who want to join the hot air ballon flight.

    Review of: Dream of Cappadocia - 2 Days Cappadocia Travel with Balloon Ride from Istanbul
    Most amazing trip ever.
    First off all I would like to thank everyone that has been involved in arranging this dream trip, I decided last minute and I mean last minute to take this tour, I book this tour at 12 pm the day before I decided to travel, at 7pm I got my confirmation email with flights and hotel booked. There normal hotel was full due to busy season but they found an amazing hotel for me at old vintage house, the tour operating company was absolutely amazing. The hot air baloon ride was the highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend booking this tour if you want to experience all Cappadocia has to offer. It's worth every penny. Once again thank you very much.

    Best tour ever!
    We accidentally stumbled on travelinnturkey agency. Savas was like a friend that you know for a long time. Very spontaneous and passionate about showing you the most interesting sides of Turkey. Balloon ride was mind blowing! If you want to experience Istanbul and Turkey authentically as possible this is the right address! Can’t wait to visit again!

    Great organization. Great service!!!
    Great tour. Very well planned and top of the line service.
    The company stayed in touched with us the whole time. Everything was planned to perfection.
    We were picked up on time every day.
    Two great tour guides. Sumet and Mehmet.
    Mehmet was amazing. He was so enthusiastic about history, that he was able to get us to enjoy every minute.
    The hotel (cave room) in Urgup was beautiful. A dream suite and very romantic.
    The Ballon ride was amazing.
    I will recommend this tour to anyone. Great customer service.

    I took their full package for transfers, red and green tour and the hot air balloon ride. I booked a month in advance and was communicating with Esma. Had a wonderful time. They are true professional. Esma contacted me 2 day prior to my arrival hot details of my flight. Gave the details of van no. and the driver. Was picked up, deposited in the hotel. Pick up for all tours and balloon ride was on time. Total professionals, would highly recommend them. Thank you Esma.
