Small and private excursions (no more than 4 people) with an awesome price (3 meals includes. Always arrive on time. Flexible with what you to do. Always calm, you never fell in a hurry. We did this trip with Montana - always playful and eager to teach us - and the driver 'uncle' (excellent drive, on and off the road). We saw the many berber villages (Chenini, Matmata, Toujane, Tamezret) and its amazing mountain views and rock desert. We spent the night in a nice camp in Ksar Ghilane, had some time to relax in a hot bath just by the camp, we road quad bikes and watched the sunset in the desert dunes, made a camel ride in the morning with some well treated camels. An awesome getaway from Djerba if you want to know a piece of berber culture and taste a little bit of the Sahara - almost literally!

I had a great ride with Ayoub, and later, another employee, Anas, joined us when he was taking out another horse for a ride. Both guides were really friendly, and we had great chats. When they learned that I was into nature, they pointed out to different trees and plants and told me how it’s used, harvested, etc. The area of the island has the best sunset. They volunteered to take pictures and were gifted photographers. I’m planning on going back for another ride but with a Camel, this time.

Attention! Bad Service! Booked via Viator, had a confirmed booking, but Tour operator didn't tell me pickup time. Wrong telephone number on Viator, no answer EMail! Had to contact Viator. Tooked me 2 hours. In the end, Promo V. Tunesie canceled my trip at 9.30 pm, the day before for no reason! Terrible company!

It is actually a village with a bank, shops, restaurants, museum, crocodile farm and a reconstructed village showing life in Djerba as it used to be.
There is security on the gate then you are free to wander round and visit. The cost is 20 Dinars for 3 exhibits, the museum, the crocodile farm and the reconstructed village. We enjoyed our morning out.

We did the day trip with Aymel and it was even better than hoped for. Punctual pickup from our hotel on Djerba, coffee and rosrmary tea, then quad bikijg and camel ride at Khsar Ghilaine, troglodyte homes at Matmata, khsar tour, great lunch and swim in the sahara. Fast and well air conditioned car. Good value for money. Unforgettable trip.

We booked a horse-riding at sunrise 2 days in advance and we were the only people during the ride. It was wonderfull experience. Owner provided us with all the details about how to properly ride our horses and we didn't have any troubles with self-riding. Views were absolutely stunning. We totally recommend this to everyone - it's worth to try at least once in a lifetime.
