Guide and boss Amos, along with his assistant guide Asseno, were exceptional leaders, providing constant support and motivation throughout the trek. Our cook, David, prepared delicious meals that kept us energized every day. Amos’s respectful treatment of all nine porters created a positive and harmonious atmosphere—everyone felt like part of a family. Their dedication and professionalism made our Kilimanjaro experience truly memorable. Working with African Guides showed us how important it is to have a trip planned by true local experts. Our guide was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. We got to explore some lesser known (and less crowded) parks, stayed in beautiful accommodation and didn’t have to worry about anything. If you have a chance add Zanzibar to your itinerary as a magical place to relax after the safari.

They helped us a lot to map out what our movements should be given the different things we wanted to see/do. They kept time, very comfortable car, patiently waited for us at the different places (had an afternoon at the beach) till we messaged them that we are good to go. Also very knowledgeable of the different places to visit, hotels that suit with in your budget and are super responsive. Looking for a guide to make your tour count? Look no further! Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater felt out of this world, I am still in awe today of the landscapes there.
We were lucky enough to see the great migration so there was plenty of activity happening each day.
The accomodation was super nice as well. We had never been glamping before and now we're definitely hooked.

In September 2016, I actually paid to summit Mount Kilimanjaro from the Tanzania side in 7 days, but due to my wonderful crew actually finished and submitted the mountain in 6 days. Nelson planned my safari according to my budget, preferences, and schedule and everything was perfect.
We spent four days in northern Tanzania, visiting Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara National Park. Our guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable about wildlife, Tanzanian history, and local cultures and he was also very funny.
The itinerary was perfect, our vehicle was smooth, the bush lunches and accommodations were excellent.
