Recommend this outfit, but do note the following:
Initial few days commenced at the National Park entrance gates around 09:50 and 10:00 due to transfers, due to waiting for other passengers to arrive, and also due to Serengeti being a 24hr pass. So at Serengeti if you enter at 13:00 Monday, you'll need to exit by 13:00 on Tuesday.
Final day at Arusha National Park we requested and got an earlier start.
For the negotiated price, it was worth it, just wish to manage expectations and realize you won't be doing full days most of the time.
The driver was fantastic (Jacob from Meru), the cook was wonderful and even did amazing vegetarian dishes (including Banana Machelari - soo good). They really do go above and beyond to provide a phenomenal experience.
They included plenty of drinking water, and the safari vehicles even have power points to recharge your tech devices and phones (just bring a Tanzania power adapter).

During the trip i felt a bit sick, but they made sure I would feel better. Godwin is a very friendly and save driver. He also provides us with lots of water and snacks. We spent our day exploring Arusha and went to the Cultural Heritage Center, Shanga Shanga, the Maasai Market and a local fabric store. Out of a two week safari, this was our only shopping day and Freeman was very patient while we weighed all our purchasing options. His English is great and he is very knowledgeable about the city. Saw everything we hoped for, really enjoyed ourselves.
Without the best two guides of the company it would not have been the same.
Would definitely recommend asking for Nasri and Herman as your guides. They’ll make your safari an unforgettable experience!!

After we meet at the airport he picked us and take to the waterfall’s, everts was really great, he helped us solve many little problems and answers so special thanks for this,after we done the first day we meet Ali(the driver)
Ali was very attentive and explained us everything by the way to serengeti he take us to the masai villages and always check if everything oky with us and if we need more water, so special Thanks to Ali too !!by the end everything was really good and fair! The team is extraordinary: Jesca listened to our needs and planned a safari according to our wishes, combining national parks, a Massai village, and a short hike with spectacular waterfalls. The organization was perfect. Our guide, Sadiq, was very kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. The 4x4 was very comfortable and well-maintained. The lunches were great, and the selected hotels were as well. Charles, the manager, was very welcoming. He was always attentive to us during our stay and whenever we needed something.

Our only hiccup was that the driver wasn’t at the airport in Zanzibar (traffic), so we took a taxi but were reimbursed the next day by Full Package. The accomodations booked for us were all excellent. Our experience for our Kilimanjaro trek was amazing, the crew organised by Full Package were so good and made our time on the mountain unforgettable! - Denise P9 contributionsSkimmer created and executed a trip of a lifetime. Samwel was there every step of the way to make sure our trip went off without a hitch. We started with a 4 day safari with Malock which delivered a great experience for us and our adult children. We had a blast with him. We continued to summit Mt Kilimanjaro for the 7 day Machame route led by Freddie, Joseph and Gideon and all the porters. A fantastic and surreal week. All were patient and encouraging from bottom to top back to bottom. We then finished our trip with Emmanuel for more safari action. Emmanuel went nonstop for 11-12 hours each day making sure we saw every animal on our list. We saw all the Big 5 in one day! Thanks to all who made these 3 weeks unforgettable! - Josh LDenver, CO1 contributionI had an extra day to spare in Arusha after climbing Kilimanjaro and doing a safari, so I booked a solo one day rental with guide on a whim. I booked the day before, they brought me all the gear to test the night before (I didn’t have any moto gear with me as this wasn’t planned), everything was clean and newer, fit great! We met at 7:30 am at my hotel for the ride. I told them I’d already seen the animals and that I wanted to just wander in the mtns. We did 80 miles or so of dirt roads, some
Single track and a lot of unique goat paths (goats included) around Arusha and Mt Meru. Kili climb was the highlight of my trip and this was a close second. I highly recommend renting with these guys!
