- JerseyBenpJersey, UK280 contributionsWhat a place for tortoise lovers!
Literally a small island that takes 40 minutes to walk around with tortoises everywhere roaming free
The red waking trial is quite up and down but worth it!
There’s a bar and toilets at start of island and you can also see a tortoise nursery with all the baby’s tooWritten May 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Go for the experience rather than the shopping and you won't be disappointed - I brought some vanilla pods (they were about same price as at home – but turned out to be good).Written July 31, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Łukasz KWroclaw, Poland41 contributionsWe find it slightly more challenging than Copolia, but we’ve been there when it was raining. The nature was breathtaking, but it was very slippery during the rainfall.Written July 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MiSoOtt16 contributionsInteresting, pleasant and tasty… Upon arrival (or calling ahead) ask for the times of the guided tour. Organize your visit around that. Either start with the tour (30’-40’), take bite (tasty sandwitches) or a drink (barwagon) and rum tasting is a must. All is excellent.Written June 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- startwiththeendinminCalgary, Canada280 contributionsTricky to find but well worth it. It’s small and with the rising tide you lose a lot of beach but it’s so tranquil. It’s a splendid place to spend a few hoursWritten August 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Henning Z3 contributionsLe Jardin Du Roi Spice Garden we have visited last year 2023 and come back this year 1 week ago. it is a beautiful place, great view and very friendly staff, even the Owner lady took her time to talk to us. It is worse to visit the Spice Garden (please take you time to see all the Garden) and also eat lunch there. the drive up is also something special, ha ha quite stiff, but we would always come back. Food was with very nice taste especially the fish dishes, the drinks. Please visit the place its so worse to support the Spice Garden.Written August 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Leonard MFort Myers Beach, FL25 contributionsVery pretty beach; great for sunsets, but bring bug spray as the sun goes down. Better on week days con be a bit crowded on weekends.Written June 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
