- JonasThe Netherlands1 contributionMy friend and I have just trekked the Mount rinjani with Dhyns Rinjani. I cannot explain how professional and welcoming the whole team were from start to finish and I could not recommend them more. The hotel the night before beginning the trek was luxury and very close to the mountain. Our Oky and our porter, Mali and Satar were absolutely fantastic, they worked to the right pace for us and made us both feel that summiting was never going going to be a problem! They also provided us with basic cultural, historical and language lessons whilst on route. But more importantly they pushed for us to enjoy the walk as a whole, stopping for us to really take in the breathtaking scenery. The porters were the true hero’s of the trip, setting up the most luxury camping experience you could have asked for whilst the food cooked by the “stomach engineer” was fantastic and more than you could ever consume!
I and my friend have done Rinjani Summit Trek sembalun route and We are preferred the sembalun route by far! It is more scenic, more sheltered from the elements and provides you with far better acclimatisation to give you a better chance of summiting. But all in all I would say the team around you is what gives you the best chance of success on the mountain and I would give my upmost recommendation to use Dhyns Rinjani Hiking based on my experienceWritten August 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We visited a few and when we came across Tanjung Ann beach we decided right then....this was the one.
Sun beds are beautiful and free as long as you order drinks and food for warung.
Beach was white and sea turquoise.
Lots of litter in road before you get to beach and we almost turned around but so glad we went a little further and found this piece of heaven.
We loved it so much that decided we are spending our last day in Kuta on this beach againWritten August 1, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Good snorkeling and clear water on the day we visited. Can recommend it to all who like it quiet and slow.Written August 4, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Hadi19 contributionsThe hill is not too high for climbing to see the sunset and nice views including beach and sea. Selfie is for sure with a very good background.Written December 25, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SFO_DrewSan Francisco, CA344 contributionsIt is a tidal marsh area, so the sand is quite saturated and difficult to slog through at low tide. But very picturesque - especially at sunset. Grab some cocktails at Novotel!Written February 18, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- All Juli AnnIndonesia35 contributionsI burn out my Skin here! 😅.
Even though the area is nearby Bali, the culture is totally different. Most of them are moslem and have an ancient culture compared with Bali.
You can go to sade village, ende village to see how they live their life and how they build their house with buffalo faces, get the story there!
Find out a hype activity in Gili Trawangan, get a peace full life in gili nanggu and pink beach.
A lovely afternoon before the sun goes down you can see buffaloes massively go home walking through the soar of the beach.
I love this moment everyday, rare to see it in a big city.
Snorkeling in Gili nanggu and kendis; feels like you are the owner of the beach, Please do it early in the morning, start crossing the sea at least at 7 am.. you’ll know how I feel then.
You can directly rent a boat there or if you need a car, please contact them directly.
If you want to get the cheapest price, please use bahasa!! Google translate will help you a alot, or you can contact me anytime hahaha...
one more thing, please try their Taliwang Chicken and Plecing Kangkung, their food is spicy, remind them to make it into lower dose , 😅Written February 16, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The park guides were very friendly and informative. Their genuine love for the animals was evident in their interactions. We paid a little extra for a fruit basket to share with the animals as we walked around.Written August 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - malyioneDurham, North Carolina, United States30 contributionsStunning 2D/1N hike to the crater rim. Adi responded within minutes to our inquiries, and organized everything from pickup at bangsal harbor to our next boat ride to gili air. Our guide, Budin, and the porter crew were friendly, took great care of us on the trail and cooked amazing spreads at every meal. 10/10 will recommendWritten August 14, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Cello1511Jebenhausen, Germany4 contributionsJust found this page on TripAdvisor. We have been on the snorkeling trip with Chris in 2018 and it was just wonderful! Unfortunately his boat had to be repaired, so he had to rent another one.. There where a few problems 😅 but he just offered us to go on the next day for free again. If we ever come back to Lombok hopefully again, I would definitely go again on this tour with Chris! We had a perfect day! Thank you very much my friend and sorry for the very late review😁best regards

Everything and everyone was just impeccable from the beginning to the very end of this journey, they even organize a surprise birthday cake for me before to reach the summit. They are really professional and passionate in what they do and despite is a challenging trekking they will make you feel absolutely comfortable during the whole experience. A special shout-out goes to Dhana, my trekking guide, who became a friend for me after sharing this experience together. He was not just the perfect guide but an amazing human being to share thoughts and laugh with. Porters were great and fun too and the food they prepared for me was delicious and abundant.

- Raphaelle RBenidorm, Spain1 contributionOn top of the hill, surrounded by jungle, there is the beautiful Ashtari yoga center.
And even better, Dewi teach a combination of yin yoga sound healing (and other classes).
The sound healing combined with the gentle yin yoga practice is an experience you won't forget.

- DaSolaAsbury Park, NJ71 contributionsI took the 6-hour introductory course for apnea/free diving course with Micka. The experience exceeded expectations. Micka was a skilled and experienced teacher who communicated clearly and was very encouraging and supportive. The first two hours of the course were spent in a classroom learning the theory of free diving; the next hour in the pool practicing; and then 2+ hours out on the water diving down to 10m along a rope and then down to 9m at another spot with turtles. The experience was so positive that I was high from it for days (maybe it was the lack of oxygen---haha). In seriousness, I was really impressed with how well the course was run and how professional Micka was. He also took pictures of our dives and emailed them to us. If I had had more time on Gili Air, I would have continued with the certification course.Written April 23, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
