    Short version:

    -5h delay

    the worst travel experience I have ever had in my entire life.
    I bought a ticket from nusa penida straight to Gili T (2 hours if the trip they said) we went back to Bali, they filled up with people and then we went to Gili. almost 5 hours of travel to get there with huge waves, storm. people vomiting the entire way. there was a moment when everyone put on their life jackets and started calling home to say goodbye. we thought we were going to die!

    Take the easy path with Sudin
    We hired Sudin for private transfer from Senggigi to Gili Air and back for a day trip. Contacted via what’s app. Initial response was a bit slow, but very courteous and prompt thereafter. We booked only 14 hours in advance and included private car transfer from hotel to port and private boat transfer port to destination. Staff was super nice and always prompt.

    I highly recommend Sudin. They made this effortless for us.

    Good Service
    Booked a driver with this company to pick us up from Lombok Airport calling at Senggigi then onto the speedboat transfer to Gili T. Good communication with Peregrine Ogden when enquiring/booking and a price was agreed on to be paid to the driver on the day. It was also suggested we stop off and visit Lombok Wildlife Park on our way back to the airport. We were picked up on time at the airport by our driver, who spoke little English, but instead of stopping at Senggigi as planned, he drove straight through! We had to explain to the driver that we had booked to stop off at Senggigi for 3 hours. He had to ring the boss to check and then turned around and took us back. We were not sure if we were in the main part as there was just a small beach, a few empty market stalls and a couple of restaurants so we didn't stay too long. The speedboat was quick and enjoyable. On our return trip our driver spoke fluent English and he took us to Lombok Wildlife Park and he was even our guide in the park, taking photographs/videos and showing us around. We had a fantastic time in Lombok Wildlife Park and would recommend a visit. The driver also offered to stop for us to see the monkeys by the road on the way back and he provided a very good, efficient service and he took great photos/videos for us in the Wildlife park. We paid1.8 million IDR for the return trip.

    Hotel Taxi
    I arranged taxi from Sheraton Senggigi to pick us up from airport arrival hall. Blue Bird is not available in airport arrival hall where you can find many unregistered driver asked you to use their car, which I strongly do not recommend. if you arrange for Blue Bird, maybe they can pick you up from departure hall.

    Great transportation and communication
    Exceptional service! Highly recommended for transportation and tickets, got an offer for tickets from Lombok to Gili Air + Speedboat to Bali Padang Bai + Bus to Ubud cheaper than any online sites. Everything on time and fast.

    Amazing trip
    What a great experience snorkeling trip with ardy. This is for the first time i'm going to gili trawangan. We did a lot of turtles in gili trawangan and we found a lot of fish.

    Excellent
    The best snorkeling tour in Gili T! The pictures are really good, great spots. We saw turtles, coral reef, sculptures and visited Gili Air. Profesional and personalized. Staff very kind. We would repeat for sure!

    Awesome 😁
    I did my Open Water course here and it was awesome, the staff was very nice and helpfull, they listened to my wishes and preferences. My instructor Timo was very professional, explanied everything clearly and was always there to help. Would recommend 10/10 🤙🏼🐠

    Best driver we had
    Jai was the best driver we had. The company is amazing and the service provided was excellent, on time with some local flavours. Highly recommended! We spent 4 days travelling around Lombok and managed to see a lot. Thanks for everything

    The best of the best!
    For those of you who do not know, Lombok is an island next to Bali. It's about the same size, but culturally different. The terrain is also different, literally half dry and half wet. That is only the beginning of the fun. Lombok's culture is quite strong, dominated by the Sasak people. They are warm and friendly and funny. I mention all of this because Lombok is rapidly becoming more and more popular, so get here now before it becomes Bali the second. The best way to experience Lombok is to park yourself at one of the many resort hotels to get comfortable, and hire yourself a good guide to see the rest of the island. Ardi is the best of the best. I met him years ago on my first visit and he has been my guide ever since. He's picked me up at the airport, gotten me to my hotel, taken me around the island and we've even done day trips to the nearby Gili Islands. Ardi knows Lombok inside and out. He knows the most beautiful beaches to take you to, as well as the inland sites, where to have the freshest seafood for lunch, and where to stop for the coldest and richest coconut water. He also knows people all over the island so wherever he takes you, the friendly greeting he always gets is a bonus extended to you as well. Ardi speaks English fluently and easily, as well as Indonesian and his native Sasak. I wouldn't be surprised if a few more languages get added on.

    Visiting such a far away place can be an intimating but exciting adventure. It all becomes a lot easier when you are in the hands of such an experienced, warm and friendly guide who wants more than anything for you to have a great time.I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed.

    The best agency for Bali and Lombok
    So good experience with Gili Recommended. They organize Shuttle bus+speed boat from Ubud, Bali to Gili Travangan for us in "last minute" at very good price.
    Therefore we decided to use same agency also for trip from Kuta, Lombok to Nusa Penida and they didn't dissapoint us.
