    Very good overall
    Exactly as expected with Dolphin interactions in a pen just offshore. You get to touch, kiss, hug do be pulled in the water. In a group you get about 5mins each in reality. The place (Dolphins Lodge) was clean and tidy. My kids loved it. Only slightly let down by not being allowed to use DSLR/mirrorless cameras. iPhone iPad are ok. You expect to be fleeced as a tourist but I would have happily paid for their official photos if I was allowed to use my camera as well.

    I love being in this place because I see dolphins directly in the sea, dolphins are very friendly and smart and there are friendly and very good trainers. the photographer is also very good at taking photos that are really professional :)

    Saraswati Dolphin Tour
    During a recent stay, we tried one of the Dolphin Tour companies and went out early from Lovina to see the Dolphins. It was like whacky races with 46 other boats all clamouring to see the Dolphins and the smell of outboard engine fuel drifting above the water. a waste of money and a forgettable experience on this occasion.
    Not to be deterred, we found Putu of SaraswatLovinaDolphin.com Putu speaks good english and we went out with him on two occasions. The first time we started later around 9am and saw huge numbers of Dolphin with only 8 other boats around, so a much more peaceful and pleasurable experience. The second time we left even later at 10am and had the dolphins to ourselves. Put was excellent, highly recommended over the main Dolphin tour operators

    Customer focus and friendlyness
    Hi. We were lucky to met the most friendly and customer focus person on island Nusa Penida.
    We contacted the team and they send a driver on the same day. Fantastic flexibility. We visited beautiful places but the service and the atmosphere was the top experience. :)

    Great experience not only with dolphins
    Only for the ones who accept that the dolphins are kept in enclosures... it was a great experience. You get close to the dolphins and you have sufficient time with them. The trainers were very friendly, took well care of the dolphins and explained us well how to touch or swim with them. Not to compare with places like sea world or elsewhere. There were also some stingrays and sharks where we could enter their pools and experience them as well. The tour was well organized and not crowded. We were allowed to take pictures by ourself. The pictures taken by the lodge team were offered on USB stick for only 35€. Overall it worth every cent!

    Wonderfull Trip
    Entire tour was meticulously planned, had wonderfull experience. Everything from adventure , leisure , fun activities all under one trip with amazing stay in the top most hotels .

    Sickening.
    Disgusting industry and if you support this you are too. Dolphins are exploited to serve as entertainment. 10 minutes of ignorant bliss for you and a lifetime of misery for them.

    I hire car for whole day and edy was the driver, good english speaking driver who showed us kuta and other parts of beauty of bali humble and friendly driver, highly recommend this company and servive thankyou edy

    Shocked
    Upon arriving it was very busy. We booked two activities on a all inclusive basis.

    We did a sea walker which was not a bad experience at all. We then went to turtle island. Turtles was not roaming freely as we thought it would. They were held captive in small swimming pools.

    Really not the experience we hope for and at quite a heavy price too.

    Would not recommend this company at all.
