All the provided services were to a high standard, especially those of our driver, Yudi, who took us to each place, waited for us patiently while we were there and gave great conversation during the journey. - kudzai m1 contributionHad an amazing experience. Transport was well organised. My driver Komang was so friendly and always on time. Made sure everything was organised so we were well equipped. The snorkeling was amazing lucky to see four big manta rays and two turtles. Budi was amazing at taking us to scenery views and put so much effort in taking memorable videos and photos of us. The currents were great, and I encountered many colorful fish. After enjoying a delicious lunch, we headed to the famous Kelingking Beach and other stunning spots. We returned around 6:30 PM, and they promptly sent us our snorkeling photos. - Elisabeth M7 contributionsThis dive shop is legit, I don’t doubt it’s the best dive shop in Bali. I had my own DM, dive briefings were thorough and clear, and I always knew what to expect. The lunch provided accommodated for my gluten allergy and was delicious. It was like we were at a resort, beautiful dive shop and pool, towels, snacks, Dramamine all provided. My DM was very capable and helped me out in a strong down current. Also, diving with the mantas was amazing. The site was crowded but each DM only had an individual or buddy pair so I never got lost and got a lot of great interactions with the mantas. My partner did the discover dive and got a solid pool session and very attentive help from his instructor. From booking to pick up, to Neptune office and then onto boat was a breeze in booking and contact to ensure we were prepared and safe. The three snorkeling site were well chosen and we saw Manta Rays (maybe 12!!) then 2 drift snorkels with our lovely guide. The water was clear and warmish. They supplied towels and wetsuits plus a delicious lunch. Very helpful and supportive crew on the boat and responsible skipper. Overall a delightful day with and great crew who made our day spectacular. Thank you Julian and crew. The best was the driver they sent (Wayan Gatra), who was very punctual and kind, waiting patiently all day to take us back to the hotel. - Seaside619317084235 contributionsZero gravity dc was the place where I change my life 6 years ago. I done my dsd with Mr. Branko,and he discovered to me one completely new world,under the water. Now,after 6 years I come back here again,this time as a little bit more experience diver :)
Zero gravity dive boat is the best organize boat I ever seen. The boat crew is very friendly,always there to help with anything you need during dive trip,and always with the wide smile. Food on the boat is so delicious,beside main meal you gonna enjoy in fruits and different drinks. If you rent equipment,Zero gravity will provide you with equipment that is as new,like from the store,in excelent condition! I done 2 days of diving with Nikola and Agus,both instructors are very professional,safe and very friendly and put all their energy to show you the most beautiful things underwater. It was huge pleasure to dive with you guys! I will come back here for sure !!!!

They were proactive in communicating with us, from arranging hotel pick up and drop, to doing a refresher dive, then providing a wonderful day long boat dive experience.
Neptune’s facilities are excellent, in a modern building with their own beautiful dive pool and clean toilets/showers.
All aspects of the dive are well planned, and catered for in a small group setting, in our case the two of us having our own dive guide, Herry.
The dive sites, while busy, were great, with lots to see, such as Manta and we got lucky and saw Mola Mola, woohoo! We dived at Manta Point and Crystal Bay, which had great visibility.

They are friendly, professional and very attentive to the diver's needs. I have never dived Nusa Penida or seen Mola Mola and I didn't really expect to see them. I went expecting Manta Rays, but hoping for Mola Mola. On my first two dives I saw two Mola Molas, one at about 20mtrs which we managed to have on our own for some time, but it was at the end of the dive and air was getting low. Then on that dive at the safety stop we had another one nearby. I was stoked. I decided to do another day out with Bali Diving and Kim and on this day we saw 3. The first one was crowded with divers, so Kim suggested we go elsewhere and we came across another at about 19 mtrs we had a 20 minute interlude with just the two of us, no strobes on the camera so it was happy for us to hang out, I got within a mete of it and some great photos. We then found another on our following dive, which we were alone with. I still can't beleive my luck, but I do wonder if the guide Kim was just a Mola Magnet or a Mola whisperer. Either way, I felt blessed. Padang Bai was great for Macro and Kim got some great shots for me on my camera. Nice lunch as well.
