A little difficult to understand the safety briefing, but their english is still better than my Indonisian.
Took a couple of trips with Bluewater, one from Padang Bei to Gilli Trawangan and one from Bangsal via Pandang Bai to Serangan, lovely to sit on the top deck of the boat, a little sea spray and the occasional drenching (we were warned!), but much nicer than sitting downstairs all closed in, as the views from the top of the boat were amazing.
Our land transportation was also organised, you do have to sign a disclaimer statement, but that is not a problem, and the transport was always on time waiting for you, with very friendly drivers.
When we boarded we were either given a bottle of water or mints, which was a pleasant surprise.

Round trip ticket with no luggage limitation was a good buy for me. The boats are big but finding office is an issue. Marlin fast boat leaves from the counter Rocky fast boat which has good visibility. - Voyage7933172 contributionsWe booked through Nusa Penida Fast boat ticket as it had good reviews, but they booked us with Sambucu Hills which had terrible reviews. They charged 50% extra per ticket...so are just scammed!. We paid extra by buying beers to sit upstairs which was less cramped, stuffy and you didn't get wet like downstairs. They are all amazing and will take you anywhere you want to go. Ketut is very knowledgeable, patient and a good friend . He will go out of his way to make your trip memorable & he is a good photographer also. I have learnt a lot about the Balinese culture from him . He also has a beautiful car with aircon. We could make out his professionalism and sincerity from the moment we contacted him for the trip. They arranged our trip so well that Bali will always remain in our best memories. Special mention of our guides cum driver PUTU and Gustra. They were so involved and took special interest in making us feel welcome and at home. I would strongly recommend Bali Tour Guide for organising your trip to Bali right from start to end. - Hiyab Y4 contributionsMy friend’s had recommended Ms. Tari (Bali woman driver) as a Bali tour guide because of their prior positive experience with her. On my recent one week trip in Bali (Oct 2022), Ms Tari acted as a tour guide to my friend and I for the week. She helped us create an itinerary and drove us around while explaining the history of Bali. Both Ms Tari and her husband are good photographers and we also willing to take our pictures during our trips. Ms Tari also connected us with other members of her team on the days that she was not going to be available. I will definitely recommend Ms. Tari’s services to my friends. She was very respectful, wise, and funny. She is a very good driver! When we went to Aling Aling waterfall and it was raining, I felt safe enough to fall asleep in the car because of how smooth the rude was. On our last day in the Ubud area, it had rained heavily causing some flooding, but yet again Ms. Tari was willing to drive us a couple of hours to get us to the airport, and she did so, so well! We hired a car and because we are driving instructors in WA we taught him to drive. Each year when we go to Bali we used to hire cars and he was our driver. We have been all around Bali a number of times. Eight years ago we told him it was time to take on tourists himself so he hired the cars and ran a business. Five years ago in 2012 we gave him the deposit to buy his own car. Since then he has now purchased a second car and has a guy working for him. He is honest and trustworthy. He knows his job and he looks after his customers. You can check him out on his Facebook page by using the title above. He has regular customers. He will meet you at the plane, take you to your accommodation and return you to the airport and organise anything you require in between, when the kids were younger they used to ring him and ask him to get them K F C and deliver it to there rooms no problem for him . If he cant do it himself he will make sure you are catered for, only picking the best. He is like family to us and our children, we have stored our Bali clothing with him. His mother does our washing and packs it in plastic so it is ready for our next return as we always travel light. He attended our daughters weddings and supplied the transport for all the guests as the wedding took place on the southern end of the island and the reception took place in Kuta and it went without a hitch. We have nothing negative to say about Made and his lovely family he takes people from all around the world and we have never seen a bad comment from anyone, all our friends are his regulars

- Karen A7 contributionsCame to Bali for first time saw the good reviews booked and it seriously was the best service ever ! Made our whole trip we saw and learnt so much about Bali ! Roby can put together a fantastic itinerary for you based on what you want to do nothing is a problem.
Pick up and drop off to hotel stays with you the whole time to make sure your ok they become part of the family !
