This was my first trip to Angel Fire and the resort. Some of the things in my room were very dated, but everything was clean. The employees were very kind and courteous. It was a very peaceful week. I will stay here again. You can drive to lots of things to do from this home base.

Fantastic time - a group of 4, stayed at the lift lodges. Close access to the lift line, El Jefe's, and the Bike Shop. Great riding all weekend long. Definitely worth it. One of my girlfriend's doesn't own a proper mtn bike- easy enough to rent a nice one and all the gear needed. Great trip! Highly recommend!

We visited right after their re-open, after being closed for almost two months (COVID closure). They were knocking the rust off from being closed, only reason they did not get an excellence rating. They are currently understaffed, so check the hours on FB and not on Google. They do not have enough staff to remain open seven days a week.

We liked the beer, especially, the Pilsner. My wife really liked the Mango flavored beer.

We sat outside and had a great view of the ski area. We were so excited to finally get out to somewhere other than home. We visited five times during our stay. We had to go inside to get re-fills on three nights and on two other nights there was a server working the outside. We had no problem with having to go inside.

This was our first time fishing and to say it was amazing would be an under statement. The trip included my parents, little sister (7), and myself (13) with Jeremy of Turquoise Trout. Mom wanted a lot of trout, while Dad wished for the exotic Northern pike, and my sister and I were just there for the sights. After having the line in for a while nothing was biting, but Jeremy was strategizing the entire time. I heard the words "Fish on!" and grabbed the bending rod and reel. Jeremy was guiding me the entire time, and after an exciting fifteen to twenty minute battle I reeled it up to the surface - it's a monster! Jeremy knew just what to do, he dropped the net and grabbed the gaff (really big fishing hook). We threw the 3 ft. 10.4 Lb. Northern Pike into the cooler that my sister had to sit on to prevent it from jumping out, turning out to become catch of the week for NM Game and Fish! If it wasn't for Jeremy I would not have been able to catch this fish. I highly recommend Jeremy of Turquoise Trout for your next fishing experience.

We had a fantastic time! Billy and Chris were great guides and made us all feel like cowboys! Our two daughters are 7 & 10 and have never really ridden a horse. Billy stayed right by them and made them feel brave and confident. We loved it!!

Friendliest spot to rent ski gear and snowboards. We really appreciated the manager helping out from Santa Fe! She was awesome!! Ski Tech listens to your concerns and really puts you in the gear you need. We will Ski Tech when we return to Angel Fire, or we might just have to try out Santa Fe! Thanks, Ski Tech for your service!!

Booked a massage mid-week while in Angel Fire snow skiing. Turned out to be the best decision ever! After 3 days of skiing my muscles needed some attention. After an hour, my muscles felt great and I was ready for 3 more days of pain free skiing.

Norma, the owner and LMT, was fantastic. Provided local history and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend. NOTE: The telephone number in Google is incorrect - I had to drive over there while I was there to book. The correct telephone number is 505-879-0386,
