A huge park (40,000 acres) whose scale you recognize as you take the cable car ride up to the park. Largely forested with flora and fauna in distinct ecosystems. Reportedly has 70 species of birds, 72 types of butterflies and 19 species of mammals amongst. There are many trails here, both walking and for bikes, motorized and not, including the Pre-Historic trail, possible 1,500 years old. There is much to do here which I didn’t have the time to do properly. Leave yourself at least half a day.

We had an amazing time, unfortunate or fortunate, it rained for 8 hours the night before we rafted, making the river muddy liked every other river, however the up side was that our rafting adventure was so much more fun because the river was swollen and running fast! It's a great place to stop for a day or two but be aware that you need to have your transport out of the place, pre booked because you can't just flag down a bus!

Good walking and hike with great views of Medellín. It's within city, we went on Sunday, there were many people and cyclists. You can spend 2-3 hours there

You need to be here in the morning to get the best of the weather, as the afternoons can be intolerably wet. This bird reserve boasts a great variety of "Choco" speciality bird, including the "Black and Gold Tanager" and the "Gold-ringed Tanager". We spent two days birding here. The first day was spent birding along the road and proved to be very fruitful, our highlight being a great sighting of a "Cloud Forest Pygmy Owl". Our second morning involved a walk up to a higher area, where we saw some different birds, illustrating how important altitude is for so many species; it was also a great walk. There is also a set of hummingbird feeders on the reserve, where we saw 14 different species of hummingbird.

My skin is glowing!! I got a Hydroflash facial about 2 days ago and I’m in love with the results! I’ve been to some excellent spas in New York City and this one has to be up there with em! Very good service! Loved the results. 10/10
