- Gwen23_12Rotterdam, The Netherlands321 contributionsMy new coworkers took me to the Tai Long food street. So much variety and very decently priced. It’s about a kilometre long and the you can go upstairs to eat or find more options. I enjoyed the scorpions and the fresh squeezed orange juices among others! The bbq options are also delicious!Written September 14, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Bend RPortland, OR44 contributionsI only spent time at T2, which is an international arrivals and departures. I flew in and out via Hongkong.
It’s small but my gate number was 102! Don’t panic, it’s only two gates away once you passed security.
Lounges: there’s an immediate VIP lounge to your left after the security and seems to be closed. But if you were a Priority Pass holder like me, look for the exact name of the lounge shown on your PriorityPass App, and it’s only about 30 feet further down to your left. Follow the sign and take the elevator up. Small lounge but good food. Alcohol wise, only beers.
Note on airport transfers: I stayed at the Sheraton Haikuo. The hotel does not provide airport transfer that I know of. I went by taxi, which is about 40-min ride from the airport.
Going back to the airport is the same way. Very nice bell service to get a taxi for me. Wait time about 5min.
IMPORTANT: taxis don’t take credit cards! They take cash or WeChat, so be prepared. It costs about 130 to 160 CNY one way.
Airport here does not take mobile boarding passes yet. So always get a printed one.

Several sit-down restaurants, good bargain Chongqing food on the upper floor. - TJ OAustralian Capital Territory, Australia22 contributionsI am not sure if it was the wrong time of day to visit but the whole place was very quiet, many stalls appeared to have no staff present. Did not buy much and think the stall owners found bargaining without any English very challenging, but were friendly and tried.Written November 12, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Claudya POrlando, FL1,222 contributionsWe are visiting the city and we’re looking for a place to eat ! We were looking for restaurants on different floors and found out that the shops are quite small compared with westerns , specialy USA malls ! It was totally crowded , with lots of young people! It’s truly busy arround this place tooWritten June 16, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AndylkjSingapore, Singapore69 contributionsAn average place/mall.
Place was clean and big but was totally lacking in human traffic.
Come only to kill time and don’t expect much in terms of special pricing or discount despite being outlet/duty free.
Prices are the same if purchased outside of country.
Selection of shops are also limitedWritten July 28, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Of course, the marketing videos tell a great story. But reality is that the place is maintained ‘just so’. In my opinion, I’d even say that it veers towards being run-down. It’s just such a shame as you can see the place has potential. Also, there is no interaction nor performance to engage with visitors. Visit only if you’re trying to fill up your itinerary.Written December 25, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
