Our guide Jhon was excellent tour guide I ever met.
He knows in and out of Torres Del Paine national Park. He really loves people like me who love nature and taking landscape photos.
When I come back to Patagonia I want to join his tour group again,

GREAT FUN! A full day's outing to the National Park and Cave, guided by Camila. The natural splendor was highlighted by Camila's informative discourse along the way. The stops were scenic, had a little bit of walking (was extremely windy so hard to do much walking that day).

From the beginning everything was perfect. The driver was amazing and the tour guide was friendly, helpful and spoke many languages. We had a great day and it was possible to appreciate the full beauty of Torres del Paine and the surrounding areas.

We had a great time on this tour! You visit all of the key sights in Torres del Paine and the guide is very nice, energetic, and knowledgeable. Just remember to pack or wear clothes for the wind and rain because you never know what to expect with the weather in Torres del Paine!

We got to see all the beautiful sites the park can offer in one day! We received communication the night before on WhatsApp regarding pickup, which was prompt and organized. The van was comfortable, and the driver was superb despite many hairpin turns and unpaved roads. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took the time to describe everything in English and Spanish. Tons of quick stops to see up close the wildlife and beauty of the park. Never felt rushed or overstaying any sections. We stopped at a large “rest stop” early on where you can purchase souvenirs, snacks, water, etc., and use the bathrooms. Also, recommend bringing a packed lunch instead of wasting time on a sit-down meal as to not miss time to hike down to the beach.

A really memorable day that I would highly recommend!

There was a lot of "filler." We checked in at 7, to take a bus to the ferry (a taxi straight to the dock would have saved 45 mins if we'd known), and they left folks to get tipsy at lunch 30-45 mins longer than necessary for the meal, which had the effect of most of the boat napping on the way back.
On the flip side, they did a nice job breaking up the long boat ride to the glacier with some wildlife viewpoint stops (condors, seals) and an impressive closeup to a powerful waterfall.
Serrano glacier itself and the short walk to see it was lovely. Would have liked to shave an hour or two off the trip all told.

Definitely one of the best tours that I have been on. Phillipe was our driver and Christian was our tour guide. Being able to see the beauty of Torres del Paine in person was amazing. Loved that we were able to take our time taking in the gorgeous scenery (and to take so many photos). In addition to the wonderful landscapes, we saw llamas, various birds, livestock, and other animals. Phillipe and Christian were so patient and great for pointing out the many wildlife that we saw along the way. I also loved learning about their culture, the history of the ancient and indigenous people, and other facts about the area. Such a wonderful and fun experience. I would highly recommend it! Thanks!

This tour as organized by Signature Tours is very well planned and well executed. On the first day, we were met by our English-speaking guide outside Punta Arenas airport who drove us to the bus station. We took the bus to Puerto Natales operated by Bus Fernandez. Again another person met us at the bus station in Puerto Natales and drove us to the hotel. The hotel was located right on the front of the fjord with a view to the mountains. Next morning we visited the Torres del Paine National Park with our English-speaking guide. We were mesmerized by the heavenly beauty of these mountains. Later we visited the Falls inside the park and Cave De Milodon. Next morning we rode a catamaran to visit Serrano glacier. As we rode on the fjord we were surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides. We stopped by close to a rocky ledge, where we saw sea lions frolicking . Finally, we walked to the base of this glacier - which was a decent hike of about a mile each way. Back from the trek, we were served scotch on the rock with ice from the glacier! Later, in the afternoon we had a delicious lamb barbecue lunch at a lodge in one of the islands in the fjord. On the next morning, we were driven to the bus stop to catch the first bus to Punta Arenas airport. We reached there in ample time to catch our flight back to Santiago. Overall, we really enjoyed this trip very much and will not hesitate to recommend this trip to any one who wants to visit Torres Del Paine National Park but is not knowledgeable in Spanish language.

Great experience beginning to end. Amazing staff. Felt pricey initially but we feel differently afterwards. It’s a full day and it gives you views that hikes cannot give you. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. While the road is very hard (15+ hours in total) and you will have very little time on a glacier. If you have a choice - I would recommend to have a flight and spend a night near the glacier. But if you don't - that's a great opportunity to see this amazing glacier

This was an excellent tour of the park.
All of the stops provided beautiful views and the tour guide did a wonderful job of keeping everyone interested and engaged.

It was a great tour for quick stops and photos but certainly made us want to return for a longer hiking experience.

Drive and trip was good. Lunch was below average. Should have covered more areas in the park. Park entrance fees should have been pre collected at time of booking rather than to bring cash.

This tour was horrific — they first left us with an unlicensed driver that got turned away from the main entrance of the park, they then tried to sneak us in but everyone was uncomfortable with that so we made them turn around. They then found another driver that had the right license but the tour guide never even told us that we could get on this other bus, one of the Spanish speaking members of our tour had to call us on WhatsApp to inform us they found someone new and the tour could proceed as planned, just a few hours delayed. The whole day, even with all the complications, they were rude and didn’t offer any communication or remorse. It would’ve been a wasted day because of their negligence and caused a 2 hr delay on our tour. Not to mention that this tour just legitimately sucks. It’s in the most cramped van ever, I’m not that tall and I couldn’t even sit properly in it, it was seriously seriously uncomfortable. Then, the entire hike the group split off into four groups and with only two tour guides (and only one that spoke english) that meant two groups were without a tour guide THE ENTIRE TIME!!! i think we exchanged maybe four words (“hola” when we passed them on the trail, and “where’s the van” when they came back) with the main guide Sofia throughout the whole 11 hour day. We legitimately barely saw her the entire day and she under no circumstance guided us. Didn’t tell us anything about the park. All this tour does is provide you with extremely uncomfortable, occasionally negligent transportation to the park for $150. Get on the Bus Sur busses and save yourself money and also guarantee that you can go and don’t have an unlicensed driver and a tour guide that doesn’t care about anyone on the tour and was quite frankly super rude when the complication with the driver first came to light (they didn’t even tell us about it, we had to rely on Spanish speakers in the car to translate what the police were saying). DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

THEY ALSO NEVER BROUGHT US TO SEE THE CAVES. WASNT EVEN MENTIONED!

We took a bus to the park entry of Torres del Paine. There is a hotel in the park, with a camping ground, and horse riding options. From this point it is a 23 kms trek up hill. There is inadequate safety along an extremely windy stretch to reach a midpoint about 9 kms away. We did not go up after this point, but returned back. Only for the very fit and agile.
