We visited Siam Reap in August for one week, a family of eight including two elderly disabled and four children 15,12,6 and 1 year!
He gave us detailed itinerary ideas and costs upfront but we also differed from these slightly once we were there as plans change and things we wanted to see altered. Even helping with recommendations for things we didn’t know about - the Apopo rat centre was a big hit!
Nothing was too much trouble. He always had cold water bottles and cool towels for us all - so appreciated in the August heat!
He organised us a large van for airport transfers with us being a large party.
Mostly we used his large comfortable Tuk Tuk as the two elderly did not do all the trips we the family of six did. But he was able to organise a second Tuk Tuk with another wonderful gentleman whenever they did want to come with us. And we also did a couple of trips in his car when going further (the floating village and mini golf).
Viti is incredibly friendly, has wonderful English which was wonderful to then be able to chat with him about the area and learn more whilst travelling around.
He was always super punctual, and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.
We HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone visiting Siem Reap and will Definitly be back in touch when we one day get to visit again!

- BeeSingapore, Singapore1 contributionMr Veasna was punctual, patient and flexible. He has two options to explore Siem Reap by - Tuk Tuk or car. He has knowledge of temples and Khmer history and culture from 20 years of experience. The cold wet towels and bottled water he had on hand was very welcome after temple hopping in the heat. Mr Veasna also knew the best photo opportunities and we have some amazing photographs to keep as memories. He was with us for five days and we covered pretty much everything Siem Reap had to offer. We did the grand and small circuits, Preah Vihar, Koh Ker, Beng Melea, Kbal Spean, Banteay Srei, and the Roulouse Group.
Mr. Kat planned our itinerary perfectly and took us to places making sure we avoid the crowds. We were the first people to enter Angkor Wat during sunrise and he made us sit in the best spot!
What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to our wellbeing. He is a very warm, polite, and hardworking person. He was always on time and would welcome us with cold towels and refreshing drinks after all our temple visits. It was a pleasure coordinating the trip with him from the moment we started talking on WhatsApp.
He also shared a lot of knowledge about Cambodia, and about the temples we visited. He would tell us about the best route to take to cover the temples and would give us tips about the best viewpoints. He suggested good eating places as well and the palm sugar cakes he got us were absolutely delicious.
Cambodia is a beautiful country with amazing people. Mr. Kat, no doubt, played a huge role in creating this impression. - Kevin R1 contributionI cannot recommend Siem Reap Taxi Service highly enough. Lang (the business owner) is always punctual, courteous and a careful driver. We used him for airport pick-ups, trips to the temples and floating village, as well as for the four-hour each way trip to Battambang. He speaks very good English, which enabled him to give us information as we drove around and to answer questions we had. The restaurants he either took us to or recommended were all excellent. He was also very flexible in dealing with any change in plans we had. - Ahmad F6 contributionsWe hired Miss Kim as our tuktuk driver for 3 days and couldnt have made a better decision! We reached out to her on whatsapp and she was super responsive! She is one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care off. Miss Kim met us each day before dawn and spent nearly the entire day with us taking us to the best places. She helped us immensely with our itinerary planning telling us the best places to go each day. She always had water and wet towels ready for us after we got back from each temple which helped us combat the intense heat so much! She is so careful with her driving and we felt super safe with her. She is so easy to talk to and has the most cheerful personality. Her story is so incredible and inspiring and I wish nothing but the best for her. - CFMiami Beach, FL47 contributionsMy husband and I just returned from Siem Reap and I am still jetlagged, but wanted to give a review for our new Friend and Tuk Tuk driver Cowboy. We were referred to him from some friends of ours that travel to Siem Reap often. We stayed at a beautiful 5 star resort that provides unlimited complementary Tuk Tuk services for their guest. But because cowboy came so highly recommended we decided to take a ride with him. He was great! Engaging, kind, so much fun and professional. His unique business concept of bringing karaoke to his custom Cowboy Tuk Tuk appealed to us. He was willing to take us anywhere we wanted to go. He drove us for three days. He mentioned that we had options. We could go fishing, go for a boat ride or go to the countryside to see the rice patties and meet the young underprivileged children that he often visits. He told us the children needed books and pens because they’re very poor. We easily opted for this choice. He took us to a local market and we purchased educational tools for them. I cannot tell you what a life-changing experience this was for us. We have done a lot of charity work in our life, but this was the most memorable because of him. His heart is big as well as his laughter. If you have the opportunity book Cowboy Tuk Tuk for the best driver and best experience in town!

We didn’t want a guide and were grateful he didn’t try to be one! He just listened to what we wanted and made suggestions about itineraries based on that. We would heartily recommend him. Keo picked us up right on time. Not only did he provide us with a perfectly comfortable car, but he also gave us a fruit platter and, most importantly, made sure we had fresh cold water throughout our 8-hour trip.
Keo was always friendly and polite. He was quick to answer our questions and helped us deal with any issues. We were extremely happy to meet him.
