- UlrikbuchertOdense, Denmark515 contributionsWe watched 5 matches of Kun Khmer (Cambodian thai-boxing) and were very overwhelmed by the atmosphere at this 'almost-open-air-stadium' (there is a roof but only walls on some parts of the sides). Enthusiastic crowd made the experience very special. Only drawback: the charged foreigners 15 USD to see the matches and locals 1 USD :( If you're hungry you can also purchase simple foods at the stadium)Written March 28, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Per HCopenhagen, Denmark592 contributionsWe went to a home game with the Tigers. We are from Europe and wanted to see a game here.
Even though the level was somewhat off the European leagues then it was high intensity and full speed. The technical ability was a little off but still good. Fun to watch and hear the spectators involved in the game, nice to see that the Referee was in charge and the players were made to come to him for a yellow card or a reprimand, where in Europe the referee almost run after the player.
Unfortunately the home team lost 3-4 but it was a great game.Written January 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - KwokPhnom Penh, Cambodia63 contributionsGreat fights in Siem Reap!
It was about time to have a well setup arena in Siem Reap!
Every two weeks on Thursday, with local and foreign fighters on the card.
If you have the chance you should visit.
5USD entrance fee. And if you can, have a talk with the organization, mr Rith Chea knows a lot about the Kun Khmer history.Written July 11, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
