A special mention of our guide, Mr. Chenda, who made all the difference with his polite, informative, enthusiastic & helpful nature. He explained each and everything in great detail, going back in time, the background of the 1000 lingas & other features, drawing a map re-tracing the path of the Siam Reap river from its source in Kulen mountain, through Siam Reap city & all the way down to its destination, Tonle Sap lake, etc. He took care to ensure that we stopped at the right places & even assisted us with his excellent photography/videography skills. Our driver, Mr. Sor also ensured a smooth & comfortable ride throughout.
Overall, a perfectly conducted tour, maintaining a beautiful balance between professionalism & guest relations. He picked us up promptly at the set time and made sure we had the perfect spot to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. He was full of knowledge and made sure we understood the importance of each area we toured. He had cold water available to us in between each stop and even had umbrellas available in case of rain. - Sightsee115395820062 contributionsExcellent tour - our guide Sath was very friendly and helpful. His knowledge of Angkor Wat, Ta Promh and Bayon Temples was outstanding. He looked after us very well making sure we had lots of chilled water.
He was very good at finding photo opportunities in all the best spots and took some great photos of us both.

- Jolonda4 contributionsA colleague recommended a guide, Bunleat from Tour Angkor Wat. He truly maximized my short time in Siem Reap.
Whether you're a solo traveler or in a small group, I highly recommend Tour Angkor Wat. Bunleat's knowledge was astounding, providing historical context and insights into local life before, during, and after COVID. He was open to all my questions and even cleverly referenced earlier inquiries at later sites to better answer my initial curiosities.
The heat was intense, but Bunleat kept me well-hydrated with a constant supply of water. He skillfully timed our visits to popular temples, avoiding the crowds and ensuring a more enjoyable experience.
For solo female travelers or small groups, I can't recommend Bunleat enough. He organized airport transfers and expertly fit in temple visits around my arrival and departure times. He was clearly dedicated to ensuring I had a fulfilling Siem Reap experience despite my limited time. I felt safe, heard, and thoroughly impressed by his expertise.

It was my husband and my first visit to Siem Reap and we were charmed. The temples were spectacular and John knew how to plan the visits to the various sites so we had less crowds. He was able to help us understand the Cambodian history, and other fun facts, and spoke very good English. He was prompt at pick up at our hotel. He was both the driver and the guide, so we never had to wait. It was hot, but we always had cold water and towels, and an SUV with good air conditioning.
John also was flexible when we needed down time, or a special souvenir. Kim had a great knowledge of the history of the area and was very happy to make our visit a day to remember. A lot of fun on the bamboo train and a sobering time at the killing cave & frog cave. We got to ride through water and on amazing tracks through the countryside, seeing water buffalo, cows and more, and really got immersed in the experience! We got to visit a fish farm and enjoy time together with lots of laughs.
