Sorya is an incredible host and taught us so much about her culture. We initially walled around the garden where they grew the herbs and vegetables we’d be using. We then cooked a 4 course lunch to eat which was absolutely delicious and very filling. We finished the trip by taking a visit around the local markets. Thank you Sorya, we really enjoyed our day!

From backlane bbq to succulent fish in a fisherman's home in the village to cocktails in a downtown bar.
Our fantastic guide Hok was very knowledgeable about food and culture but it was his personal stories that made the tour truly memorable.

We went to the market first to see many products of cambodia culture, and after we started to cook our meals. Our teacher, Sopheap, was wonderful and very warm. She is an expert and she can transmit her passion of kitchen with heart. In addition, it is very cheap for the lot of dishes you can prepare and eat.
I recommended a lot this activity.

Thank you to Long for taking us on the food tour around Siem Reap. We loved visiting local street food places we wouldn’t have gone on our own, and hearing about Cambodian culture and food. Long also took us to a street stall where we could try some Cambodian desserts, and the Tuktuk driver was wonderful too.

View of sunset over the lake was very special, as was the drive through the countryside and the boat ride through the floating village. I'd probably give the crocodile farm a miss going forward- was more depressing than anything. Food was plentiful, although was fairly standard fare. Staff were very friendly

The tour started with a hotel pickup which was very much appreciated and we were introduced to our guide, Nak. We went to a couple of local restaurants and the local street market to sample a variety of Khmer dishes. Nak explained each dish in great detail, from how they were prepared and the history behind them and Cambodian food in general. All of the food was fantastic (have a light lunch if you want to get through it all) and I couldn't recommend this tour enough for anyone who wants to experience the local cuisine (there's even an opportunity to try crickets, frogs, etc if you're interested). Nak was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly which made this such a phenomenal experience. My brother and I are grateful to Nak for his excellent hospitality and definitely recommend this tour.

Vandy and Choeun are fantastic! They were easy to talk with, courteous and made the tour fun. Great English and conversations.
There's a lot of food and the food was amazing. You'll also stop at a couple markets along the way.
    Absolutely book this tour.

Kind, efficient, and fun. And it was delicious! The whole experience from grocery to eating was well planned. All 3 of us chose our own dishes to make. Super friendly, super fun. I had low expectations, and it ended up being on of the highlights of our Cambodia trip.

The market tour and shopping with Sofia was excellent, and the cooking class with she and Prey was great. Everything was well organised and professional and most importantly we learnt how to prepare and cook ( and eat!!) beautiful local food. Would give this six stars if I could.

Sath was our guide and was a lovely man with a huge amount of knowledge on the food we were eating and was delightful to share a meal with explaining what we were eating and how to eat it.
My son loved sharing the crickets and tarantulas with Sath and shared lots of stories.
Would highly recommend Sath and this tour.

Sophos provides not only an excellent cooking class—applying his years of experience working as a chef—but also shares insights into Cambodian culture. Walking through the market was also very informative.

Had an incredible guided tour with Sean after having time to enjoy the lotus tea and lotus seed biscuits on the top floor, as part of the tour. Sean was very knowledgeable and showed us the stages of work involved in producing this incredible, strong, and airy silk. Items are available in the store made from silk produced on the farm and vary in price, with myself buying a more affordable makeup bag made from the silk. Overall, a valuable and relaxing visit I’d recommend anyone in Siem Reap to check out.

I booked this experience after reading so many positive reviews. It exceeded expectations for our group and was such an ideal inclusion in our stay in the Siem Reap area.
We were so welcomed by the family who hosted us, after hearing about village life and vegetable growing from our guide. The dishes we chose were delicious and we loved that we cooked enough for the family, guide and driver to enjoy a meal also.
The communication at every step was outstanding. Thank you Mai and family for sharing your time with us
