The view from the Burj is breathtaking. Every time I'm in Dubai I make sure I visit. My husband and I went and he loved it. Being in the tallest building in the world was an experience.

It is the biggest shopping mall in the world. Luxurious, exquisite, stylish and chill. You will find all the high end brands in this mall. Including american stores and restos like The Cheesecake Factory, See's and many more.

We divided to experience the Burj Al Arab as our stopover point on our way to South Africa for our safari.

This property is everything you could dream of and the staff makes it reality.

We had a two story suite with a butler at our beck and call, however it’s not our style so unofficially we gave him the night off.

The architecture is amazing and the property is everything you’d expect from a 7 star hotel.

We did have the pleasure dining in the restaurant with the giant salt tank. It was as excellent as you’d expect.

Ironically, 8,000 miles from home and we meet a local restauranteur from our hometown. Small world.

This is park is one of our favourites in Dubai. Al the beautiful flowers in October they start to bloom it’s smells so nice and fresh. It’s never the same, We love the changes there is made “the Smurfvillage” so nice our son loved it to go. Especially the song that is playing in the background in this area. You almost felt we walked in a real village. Really cute!

Unlike most of modern Dubai, visiting the Dubai Creek is like stepping back in time. On one side of the river is the historic Al Seef and Al Fahidi neighborhoods. You can then ride on a traditional abra across the river to the Old Souk. The cost is 1 Dirham. Make sure you get on the right abra. You want the Dierra Old Souk-Bur Dubai abra which leaves from its own pier.

The day we went was not crowded.
Thus, easier to move around and get to play the rides multiple time.
We decided to sign up for the discovery ski school.
    It was so much fun.
The instructor, Kumar, was so patience and helpful.
He always ensure our safety and importantly we have fun.

We had a spooky end of the day by legoland. Our eight year old enjoyed the dragon rollercoaster after tree times we did go on. There was also a Helloween spooky themed event with collecting candy’s and nice decorations for the kids.
We are intrigued by the nice Lego buildings inside mini Burj khalifa and Burj al Arab the nice mini city style of Dubai.

The Frame is a really good trip. Buy your tickets online and try to get the first slot as a lot quieter them! It's an amazing sight to see! You go into a lift one side, and up the top, you can walk over the glass floor or choose to walk either side of this if this is something you wouldn't want to do! The views from up here are incredible! You then go down the lift the other side.

Unlike most of the modern city of Dubai, riding an Abra across the Dubai Creek is like stepping back in time and experiencing the Dubai of old. The Abra is the traditional mode of transport in the region and is still used by locals for public transportation. However, for a tourist, it is a memorable experience and provides beautiful views along Dubai Creek. The cost is 1 Dirham, cash only. You can board at the Bur Dubai near the historic Al Fahidi neighborhood and cross to explore the authentic Gold and Spice Souks. There are several different Abra routes but you want to take the Diera Old Souk-Bur Dubai. You can find the pier by looking on googlemaps for this route,
