The fountain show is coordinated with a variety of songs and is spectacular with the water cannons blasting high into the air.
It does get very busy on the mall side so worth wandering around to get a good spot.

Outside such as burj khalifa views and the fountain show.
It also has an ice rink inside and also an aquarium.

I could write a small book on my time staying there . But will just say, this is a once (or if you loaded more) in a lifetime experience . The suite was beautiful absolutely beautiful.

We had also taken penguin encounter and it was totally worth it. Showers and decent toilets for a beach.

Very clean and a you can spend an afternoon quite easily.
I wouldn't buy anything from the shops as they are quite expensive compared to the prices in Old Dubai.

- KyleSurrey, UK252 contributionsVisited Dubai for the first time solo travelling, enjoying the stunning beaches and amazing architecture, the marina beach was situated a stones throw away from my hotel, and was clean, safe and beautiful! I will add if you’re a male make sure when leaving the beach area to put a top back on I made the mistake of leaving with no top on to walk back to my hotel and was stopped by security to put it back on. - VDV11London, UK118 contributionsWe stayed on the Palm during a recent visit and it is an absolute engineering marvel - a fantastic destination which is worth a visit to understand the sheer scale of things (best appreciated by an aerial view)
We were surprised however at how poorly connected it is via public transport. From where we were staying on the Palm, the public transport option involved a not inconsiderable walk to the monorail, which connects with a tram, which then connects with the main metro line. It really was a faff and so we chose either to get a taxi straight to downtown or take a taxi to the nearest metro station which wasn't particularly close.

There is a great cinema (Roxy), lots of food and beverage outlets, including a dedicated licensed area (C2), indoor rainforest (Green Planet), regular live entertainment and more.
