- Zdeněk K1 contributionWarning to travelers: If you are considering using MobiMatter’s eSIMs, be aware that their products may have hidden limitations that are not disclosed before purchase. They refuse to take responsibility for these issues, leaving customers frustrated and without a solution.
I purchased the "Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand 30GB eSIM" from MobiMatter, expecting it to work normally in Thailand as advertised. However, after activation, I discovered that this eSIM routes all traffic through Hong Kong, meaning that some services are completely blocked - including OpenAI and TikTok - even though these services are freely accessible in Thailand.
Nowhere in the product description was this critical information disclosed before purchase. Customers are not informed that they will be assigned a Hong Kong IP address, which causes serious service restrictions.
I contacted MobiMatter support, and while they acknowledged the issue, they refused to offer a refund or update their product page with this crucial information. This is completely unacceptable and misleading to customers.
Would I recommend MobiMatter? Absolutely not. Bader was a pleasure to deal with from picking us up at the airport to collecting the car, (we were in the pool of hotel and he came inside and collected the car from us so not to disturb our family fun time)
Made a clear and concise video upon delivery sending me a copy on what's app and to be fair he didn't even check the car when we returned

We found hard to find to start with, beach not too busy, great food trucks close by and toilet facilities very clean with air con!!
Found hard to get any bottles of water which was included in our deal, never saw any staff around the loungers.

- Denise M12 contributionsI work in Saudi and came to Wolfi’s in Dubai to buy my bike. It was worth the trip. There’s a whole range of women road bikes and my XXXS bike was delivered within a week. On my trip back there to pick it up, we set it up using digital/computerised scans so it was perfectly aligned for me. Then they packed it accordingly for the flight and when we tried to assemble over in Saudi, any issues were quickly dealt with and all support and advice given with a quick call.
Fantastic team. Superb quality and effective, friendly service/after sales care.
