Iz has aquarium A380 cockpit, skate field and a lot more. Two food courts… it is clean and toilets are experience on its own since every toilet has its own decor and not to mention cleanliness is at its best. Though I found that NBA store is not in Dubai mall this was for me the only down side. Found ine in YAS mall in Abu Dhabi. Anyway does not matter. Dubai mall in nice, lovely and big. It was not over crouded in march but since it is so big you could find a spot for you easily. Parking is huge. Large open-air buildings with arts, crafts and food from primarily Asian and Middle Eastern countries. For example, the India market is the largest along with all the Gulf states having their own markets. But all of South America is in one market and all of North America in another. Many shops, I managed to find a phone in jumbo store-very friendly and helpfull sellers there. It is styled on an old Middle Eastern souk and offers lots of great souvenir shops.
There are a wide range of restaurants, both licensed and unlicensed, and great views of the Burj Al Arab from the outdoor area.

Great for children and especially babies due to their great facilities.

There is a licensed area - C2 - which includes the Brass Monkey bowling and entertainment venue as well as numerous non-alcoholic restaurants. There is also a Roxy cinema.

But be warned
It’s hard to walk around freely as every shop owner will hassle you. You need to be good at negotiating as prices are plucked from the air. Be very careful buying a fake designer watch! The first one I bought for £230 went 30 mins fast the first day. - Hannah R23 contributionsThis place is a must to those looking for abayas or thawb. Love the variety and the fact that every shop has styles/designs that differ from others. To those planning to shop till you drop, you can rent a porter for your bags or just bring a small wheeled bag to store everything and make commuting easy.
An unrelated sidenote, my husband got scammed at this area for a facial product to remove dark circles/large pores. These guys are everywhere; same dialogues but different shops they will bring into.
