It was the best tour and trip I’ve taken before. Our guide Mr. PingPong was super knowledgeable and friendly, sharing stories and information with us throughout the tour. The timing and tour itself was very well organized and everything was perfect. It was a great way to see and experience different parts of Laos with tons of activities and information, but it didn’t feel rushed or hectic. I would definitely recommend this to others and do it again myself if I go with friends again.

The river cruise was very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable. But the caves themselves were a disappointment. After climbing up many steps, what greets you is this dark cave that was rather short, you could see everything just standing by the stairs. Cave filed with lots if bug and small statues.
Kuangsi Falls was very nice and worth the trip. The blue/green pools and the rushing waters at different levels were pretty. Saw several people swimming and enjoying the nice cold water. Easy walk up.

Excellent value for money - our host lily was fun as well as efficient and informative.
We got to choose which dishes to cook which was great and how spicy - to our own taste. Took about 5 and half hours door to door. Would defiantly recommend, a great fun authentic Thai experience

Picked up from our hotel and drove approx 40 minutes on the other side of the river.
We were then given access to a beautiful park, taken up to the zip lines and spent around 20 minutes doing zip lines. We were the only 2 in the group so we finished the whole course quickly but were able to then walk around the park, feed elephants and take in the views and natural beauty.
Would definitely recommend to others to go in the morning as it became much busier in the afternoon.

Overall, a great few hours and good fun.

This trip was an amazing way to combine several experiences in Luang Prabang. The bamboo experience was very interesting and the guide goes into detail about the various cultural uses of bamboo in Laos. A master bamboo weaver is then available to demonstrate to you how to make bamboo products. I then enjoyed “home cooking with mum” which showed several varied uses of bamboo in Laos cuisine. The food was delicious and the setting right beside the rice paddies and karst mountains was very beautiful. A local musician also performed using bamboo wind instruments whilst performing local dance - I don’t know how he has the lungs to do that! After this I was driven to and from the waterfalls to spend as much time there as I pleased. Hotel pick up and drop off was included. All in all this was a very memorable day and a great way to experience the culture and scenery of Luang Prabang whilst also supporting some very talented locals.

This is a totally immersive experience that takes you from selecting grains of rice for planting, to getting up to your knees in the muddy fields. It's an opportunity to get your hands dirty, walk behind a plow and a water buffalo, and learn how hard it is to separate the rice kernels from the hulls. Everyone who works at the Living Land Rice Farm is patient, knowledgeable, and good humored. I have a new appreciation for the grain itself and deep respect for the rice farmer!

A really fascinating morning, learning all about rice. Highlights were ploughing the paddy field with a water buffalo (knee-deep in mud!), and planting it out. The guide was excellent. A bit expensive for a half day without lunch, but otherwise couldn't fault it.

I brought some friends with their children here. The children had an amazing time. The class started by teaching the kids how to take care of a horse. Then they groomed the ponies before they went for a ride. At first in the riding area and later on the trail in the jungle. The staff here really takes great care of the horses. Highly recommended. I'd bring any friends with children here again.

A very easy tour and a nice chance to see a variety of unique things, close to Luang Prabang. Better weather would make this more pleasant, but you will probably have to take what arrives. The bears seem happy in their somewhat limited habitat, but I personally believe that someone would eat them as soon as they were turned loose, so better to keep them safe, for now anyway.

This is a wonderful place with surrounding scenery that encourages immediate restful feelings.
Having been to the Black Bear Rescue Sanctuary. and been horrified by the way these wonderful creatures had been treated prior to being rescued, the waterfalls are an antidote and well worth the trip, which is not expensive and not too far.

Beautiful falls though fairly small, the water is quite shallow so it’s not easy to swim, although farther downstream lends itself to it. Start at the top and then work your way down for the full effect. Recommend getting their first thing as it gets very hot.
