- dese2Auburn, NY3,628 contributionsThis fountain is at the bus terminal just before the Pile Gate. We were to meet our bus at the fountain. There are benches at the location and a small shop for refreshments.

- Michael BBellflower, CA24,112 contributionsThis fountain was Donated in 1902 to the Old town of Dubrovnik by Mr. Amerling, it consists of a shell shape basin on a twisted column, supporting three lion heads from who’s mouths water pours, on the very top is a stone acorn popular with the pigeons.
The fountain was damaged during the attacks on the town in 1991, but has now been fully restored to its original state.
There is a market every day in the morning in Gunduliceva Poljana square, so it is a little hard to find in behind all the stalls.
TIP: This is a good place to refill your water containers for free.
